I've got a 2022 Blade 17 with the 240HZ 1440 screen and the i7. I've tried to update the firmware, but it tells me it's up to date. The unit will only max out at 165W am I missing something?

So Best Buy has the blade 15 2022 model that I would want for 3150 which is $550 off regular price. Should I get that or should I wait for the next one at full price? Will the performance increase be worth the $500-$900 dollar router login price increase? I’m not really too worried about budget but idk that deal is pretty good haha, and it would leave me with a bit more money left.

Hello has anyone experienced random mouse clicks while typing subsequently moving the cursor within the document. I've tried updating the entire system as far as drivers go. At this point I'm just curious if this issue is commonly experienced. This issue occurs with and without an external mouse.

I bought a used Trinity to save some money, knowing that the left mouse switch needs to be replaced which wasn't an issue for me anyway. I have noticed that while playing games the 4 or the 1 button on the side panel occasionally either stops working or registers as the middle mouse button being clicked, which is absolutely confusing me. Another thing I have noticed is that almost everything besides the game itself on my pc freezes up and I can't interact with any other programs on my second monitor 10.0.0.0.1. The issue is resolved abruptly by re-plugging the mouse for a short time and reappears inconsistently. Due to it's inconsistent nature and my inability to find a way to reproduce the issue reliably I might need some help or other peoples experience to narrow down the source of the problem, any answers are greatly appreciated. I have already reinstalled the drivers and Synapse and am waiting for the issue to reappear today.

Can somebody tell me whether it's just me or not... So I got Mech arena on PC by Plarium Play and it had worked for the first few days without any issue. Today's the fifth day and i am trying to launch it but it simply doesn't work. The status says running for like 2 seconds and then its gone....Pwease hewp

Hi all, My daughter has a pair of pink Razer cat ear wired headphones that have suddenly stopped working. It seems like they're not receiving power when plugged in and are completely unresponsive xender. The USB wire that leads from the headset to the computer isn't (visibly) damaged. Any ideas on what could be going on? Thanks in advance.

I am gonna get the Akko V3 switches and I was worried that it won't work on Razer Synapse 3 because the switches were not made by Razer so are the RGB on the Akko V3 switches compatible with Razer Chroma on the Razer Synapse?

I used to be able to hold down FN and F1 for example to mute the audio AND use the F keys for things like Alt + F4, but now I can only use them whenever I turn on Multimedia keys in Synapse (without holding down FN xender). I have to pick between function keys and multimedia keys now. Is there a way to reverse this and change it back?

I have bought the supported models even in the govee mobile app it says razer on them. Lan control is finally on both. I just can't get the govee desktop to see the supported straps so it can talk to razer synapse. I've uninstalled reinstalled ever device and I do mean every. Every program followed the directions to a T. I work Speed Test in IT professionally troubleshooting whole company issues so this is the easiest thing I can do lol I see it advertised have a fan good razer setup and I want rgb.

Yesterday was my birthday so I got a trophy for it. After a long time using the Razer forum, I only now discovered that trophies can be converted to Razer Silver. As a non assiduous user of the forum (since it doesn't have a friendly interface), I received several trophies, but I went to the message and it only showed me that I received the trophy. Along with the message comes a link with the name of the trophy. When opening this link I am directed to a new page informing the reason why I won this trophy. By chance, today I went to the REWARDS tab, and it was only there that I saw that you have the option to convert your trophies into Razer Silver. I imagine many people like me may have missed the deadlines to claim the rewards for this complicated interface. I suggest that when the person receives the trophy have a more friendly link for the person to be able to redeem the reward.

Sometimes when I would start my laptop it would launch aptio utility, at first I just needed to quit and reset but just recently it has been stuck on a loop and cant enter recovery mode, I tried a lot of tutorial like enabling csm parameters and disabling safe boot mode as well as changing my ssd completely with a new one to no avail. Frankly I don't know what else to do, any help would be appreciated. Thanks In advance

We can get ‘notified’ by email when it’s in stock. I click the email, it’s already out of stock. This is frustrating. Why can’t we just preorder the Mouse Dock Pro? So many other stores offer this. It’s simple. You get our money. We don’t go looking elsewhere. We get a general estimate of when it might arrive. Everyone wins. can we please retire this silly ‘notify me’ song and dance?

hi all looking for a new headset, i note that razer has some headsets that have glasses channels in the ear cup to accomodate glasses frames. however, on their website there is no information which indicates router login which models have this feature. can anyone please help me by informing me which models have this feature?

Razer synapse app does not recognize my Razer Kraken 7.1 2019 edition headset. I'm getting a message that says ''Please connect a device''. There is no 7.1 surround sound at playback devices.

just wanted to know if i buy the kraken v3 hypersense will i be able to mix audio from my pc for streaming in synapse or i still need the physical razer audio mixer? Would like to use synapse to control different audio developerbook chatrandom from my pc in stream.

Hi! As the title says, my brand new razer hunstman v2 analog will not type nor function after installing the razer synapse software (and restarting). This is my first razer product. The keyboard was working perfectly fine before I restarted. The LEDs work however I noticed the pattern changed from a slow solid rainbow to a fast rainbow whilst idle and a green splash that lights up around the key pressed. I’ve tried: - checking the drivers are updated - restarting my computer whilst the cables were out and putting the cables back in on start - switching USB ports - holding down esc caps and space and putting the cables back in - repairing the software and restarting - uninstalling the software and restarting - checking the USB ports work for other devices Thank you for reading

Hi everyone, I just want to get some advice, because my laptop swelled. I bought my Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition on January 2021 and on last year I don't know what happened but it was getting very hot until the point that it got bigger and now I can't even close it properly. Hello, I would like to buy the Razer Kraken V3 PRO and wanted to know if it is compatible with the Razer Audio Mixer. I have wireless headphones with a USB receiver and I can't adjust my audio mixer with it. I have to go through the headphone output of the Razer Audio Mixer. I don't have bluetooth on my computer, could I still use the Razer Kraken V3 Pro?
