Hi! So for the holidays I was thinking about picking up a new headset, and I'm looking at the Kraken X and the Kraken TE. They are both about the same ($34.99 for the X and $54.99 for the TE) and I've been looking at some reviews of both. I know that spec-wise the TE is supposed to be better, but I've seen some reviews that say that doesn't praise the TE all that well. If anybody has either headset and would like to tell me the experiences with both, that would be fantastic, Thanks!

Hey there, So last week I bought something in the RAZER store and used their code to get a free THS bottle and I was Soo excited because I wanted this for a so long time. I got my package and inside was a cheap plastic bottle and not a metal bottle.. My question is: Does anybody here has a spare metal water bottle?

I don't know why, but even if one time my hand sweat mouse and mousepad starts having huge friction. When i played in winter 3 months my equipment was okay. But even if my hand sweat only one time, i can tell difference and then appear some spots on mouse feet. I would need to buy new mouse like 2-4 weeks or sooner, but i am not that rich. It is frustrating because i was supreme master class in cs go and top 800 in sc2. Support only said to use micro fiber cloth, even i did that after each gaming session had no effect, i even asked on chemical forums and they said, to wash mousepad in slitghly wet cloth, not soke it and it still didn't help only make it worse, since water can break threads in mousepad... I can't play my mouse is jumping and there is so much friction, if i play faster, i have no accuracy... When do you think will be frictionless mice, this is so annoying...

This morning I just found out Opera is now partnering with Razer by including Razer Chroma support in their Opera GX browser, which is the world's first gaming browser. In my opinion, Opera is much better than Vivaldi browser as it contents more features such as My Flow which I like the most as it allows me to send medias and text from my Android to Windows interchangeably. I will test out the Razer Chroma features in Opera GX soon.

Hey guys, I just bought Raiju Ultimate this October and so far it's great in playing all sorts of console-oriented games on Steam. Recently, I purchased RDR2 from Rockstar in my PC and I find that my Raiju cannot connect to the game although many of my Xbox-controller-using friends told me that the controller would automatically connect to the game after they plug it in. I tried BOTH USB connection and PC Bluetooth connection but all are in vail. I just wonder does the game simply not support Raiju or is there any other way to make my Raiju connect to it correctly. Re: Kraken TE Headset . Seeking advice for my headset: it automatically reduces the sound by about 10-15 points after I start speaking. Is this a setting I can adjust, or is it a fault? Any advice appreciated!

When my laptop is plugged in it will frequently switch between 'charging' and 'unplugged’ Has anyone else had this issue and are there any fixes for it? If the issues persist I may change out some components but I doubt that will fix my problem.

Hi guys, wasn't sure where to post this. Razer support on twitter didn't reply to me. I'm a newbie (the only razer gear I've had is mouse and the awesome backpack i use). I've just bought a Razer blade pro 17 which is arriving Wednesday and I'm super excited to use it! :) I assume I can easily add more or new ram myself and an extra HDD without voiding warranty? if so what ram is recommended and what hard drive for storage?. Though i'm sure 16gb will be fine for now, i suspect that i might want more for vfx work.

I bought a Chroma X a few weeks ago. Since then I have reinstalled my computer, reinstalled my drivers numerous times, had the chroma replaced thinking it was a hardware issue. It wasn't. My Razer Advanced 2019 early just random freezes to thee point where the mouse doesn't even move and it does this only with the chroma x plugged in. Beware that if you buy this device you are likely to face the same issue. I have gone from a Razer fanboy to a "never buy from them again" in 3 weeks. Good luck and you aren't alone. Edit: Gave the eGPU one star on amazon.

Hi I was wondering what razer headset should i buy for maximun 130$ - minimun 50$ i don't know what headset should i buy that would last longer for me -i am almost 24/7 on my computer -i want something that lasts longer - i can be clumpsy and wear off the cable at a point that would connect and disconnect by itself If i think of buying a a razer nari headset i would like you guys to suggest me which and i don't care about chroma or haptic feedback the only thing i want to know what the charing time is on the nari headsets

I'm foreign student who currently study in South Korea and currently looking for a new laptop since my old one is broken. We all know that Razer Blade Pro is such a great laptop and I dream to get one for my college life. However, there is no official online store here and the fact that I can't really speak korean makes it kind of impossible to get it from any computer store in Seoul. So, what is the best way to get a Razer Blade Pro (2019) in South Korea? Ps. In fact, I did see some of them sold on g-market and coupang. However, I'm not sure if those will come with warranty. Since it is quite an expensive machine, I really want to make sure that I can get my device fixed or claimed in case it needs to.

I already tried every mouse shape there is and nothing fits me, i have to long hands, i can't hold mouse in grips, where it is supposed and i can hold it only with finger tips, i have no control and my mouse jumping... It sucks, i guess no one make large mouse , because it wouldn't see well. Corporations care only about money, but f2ck customers... Like noone do them, all mice are so tiny, but there must be a lot of people with large hands as well... Also usualy larger mice are to heavy or laser..

Hi! I wanted to buy a laptop for my brother as a Christmas present, and while he has always used MacBooks, he has recently started to look into the blade and was especially impressed by the optical keyboard that is available in the US. While I'm sure he would enjoy the normal blade keyboard, I would like to really get him something special, new and different, though when I look at the European configurations of the blade, that certain keyboard option isn't available. Is it possible to obtain a Blade 15 with an optical keyboard in Europe, before Christmas, and if not, when would it be possible to buy one?
