My headset can be fully charged and will have lots of static and audio cutting in and out at random points when playing on my pc Mobdro. It doesn’t do this connected to ps4/ps5. Any ideas on how to fix?

In the never-ending battle of having my Razer work as expected, last night while working in Unreal Engine, my external display (HDMI) suddenly stopped working. I tried 3 other cables that I had around (they all work when connecting other devices to the same display), so I can confidently say the Razer Blade is the weak link in the chain. I have been struggling to find any good forum posts or anything to troubleshoot this. Is it just time to bring it into the repair shop? In a strange turn of events, my laptop screen has been flickering every 2 minutes since I received it. Since this event happened, I haven't had my screen flicker, but losing the ability to have an external display is too big of a limitation and I may finally just buy a workstation.

Do you ever just completely lose track of time when you are gaming? This happened to me the other day. I was playing Apex and it felt like an hour next thing I know, it was getting dark.

hello a few months ago I bought the battle bundle, I registered the products but the blackshark v2 x did not bring a code for the 7.1 surround sound program.

Good day I bought a 2017 model Blade Pro 17 4K laptop and the laptop doesn't work any more than it works. I would like to know how to set it correctly, because the processor overheats to the level of 98 degrees. When playing for about 5 minutes, the laptop shuts down completely due to insufficient power supply. Can anyone tell me how to use the laptop to make it work??? And I also wonder if you happen to everyone and why did Razer release such a product into the world when immediately after buying and playing it turns itself on or plays at 98 degrees??? I tried undervoltage of the processor and data multiplier from 40 to 34 and the processor reaches 91 degrees. I had to drop the graphics card by 200 mhz so it wouldn't shut down on any source. What performance does such an undervoltage laptop have???

I am looking to get a new gaming laptop, primarily for MSFS 2020 but with the need to have a high-performing machine for years to come. MSFS at max settings needs significant GPU power and I am likely to be running up to 3 monitors, one of them being 40". I will be moving between 2 locations with it so I do need portability. Hi, I have registered my razor mouse keyboard and headset on razor chroma and I have only recieved silver for the keyboard. Is there any way to fix this?

I've had a Razer Basilisk for years but it broke, and it seems like you can't really get them anywhere anymore, so im looking to get a new one. When I first bought the Naga pro alongside the firefly for the first couple days, in made no sound at all or scratching the pad. But it started to make a horrible scratching noise and feel on the pad. I fully cleaned the mouse pad to nothing. I tried to clean the mouse itself but nothing. I ordered a replacement for the mouse hoping it was just a one time thing. But a couple day's after i get it using the pad. It starts again tweakbox, i've started to put sticky tape on the mouse to smoothen it a little, but still i lost the real feeling of almost frictionless gameplay. I was just wondering if im the only one having this issue, or is there a way to fix it?

I own a 2019 Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model, RZ09-0310. It has a Intel Core i7-9750H and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Max Q. I decided to upgrade my RAM (from 16gb to 32gb) and my SSD (from 512gb to 2tb) 2 months ago. I created a recovery usb, opened up my laptop, cleaned the fans and repasted the gpu and cpu, replaced the ssd and ram, and closed it back up. Used the recovery usb to install windows onto the new ssd, tested it out, and for the past 2 months now I’ve been getting multiple blue screens of death a day or every other day. If it’s not a blue screen of death, my laptop would just freeze to the point where I cannot ctrl alt del or do anything. I’d have to hold the power button down and force it to shutdown. I have tried running Karhu’s RAM test overnight and it came back with no issues. I also tried memtest86 however I did run into issues when both sticks of RAM were installed. And at the end of the test the computer froze so I couldn’t get a file to save since I had to force it to

I just bought the mouse. Love it. Battery-powered - takes one AA. It puts itself to sleep randomly when I'm using it. I don't see any settings on the Razer software to fix this. I turn it off and on via switch, but sometimes it doesn't work right away. I tried pressing all the buttons to wake it up, and that doesn't work. Feels like it wakes itself up when it feels like it. Any solutions? Running Windows 10 Home. Installed the Razer Central software.

I have a both a Alienware R12 and a equally impressive MacStudio setup in my home office. Together I use 15 Razor Chroma products to keep uniformity across both system. Unfortunately, outside of the Keyboard and Mouse that is connected to the apple, all my other products are connected to the Windows desktop so my Chroma works. I seen and heard the argument that Razer is geared to gaming rigs and Apple is just not at their level or even in their sights, I am here to say, that no longer holds true. Please Mr. Tan, It's time to merge both worlds and take-on new customers, there is no-one out there right now that jumped on this potential to increase revenue across the board. Hi all, I've just purchased myself a pair of Blackshark V2 Pros and I am trying to work out the best settings for Apex Legends. I have tried the two THX pre-sets however I can barely make out footsteps, let alone the direction they're coming in from. THX Environmental Mode also sounds like I'm in an airlock... Does anyone have any settings they would be willing to share? I know Apex's sound is wank enough as it is... but currently my Sennheiser HD-25s sound shit-tons better and clear on direction than these Blackshark V2 Pros.

I bought the Kraken v3 pro last month to replace my aging man o war headset and noticed the moment I opened the box that this new headset wasn't a true over ear headset like every headset I've bought the past 20 years. I've asked everyone I could at Razer if this is the new size they are going with on all headsets from here on out or not, but haven't received any kind of answer. This seems to be the last place I can ask. Has Razer gone to the "one size fits most" style like every other manufacturer out there or is this size reduction only on the kracken v3 pro? I'm asking as a concerned patron of Razer since it directly effects whether or not I can remain a customer. The previous size allowed me to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but the new size has forced me down to about an hour due to the discomfort of pressure on my ears. Hoping someone has an answer, thanks
