Is it too late? | Razer Insider

When I was still young. I REALLY DO LIKE video games! I still remember the first console I ever bought with my own money (got the money by delivering water containers from house to house). It was a super family computer!

So I was able to finish my studies, got a job. But there was something missing, I missed the good old days of playing video games. So after getting a job, I save up and bought me another console a PS3 and after several years got a PS4 and then I got an entry level gaming laptop (sorry Razer! It was not a Razer. But someday (I Hope) I will be able to get my hands on with your laptops :wink_: )

Comparing the console with gaming laptops has advantages and disadvantages. Specially with you are into for the strategy games and mmorpg. But I came across an advertisement on may Facebook. MASSIVE SALE for Razer peripherals!!! It was just early this year, and they are selling some 2015 and 2016 models of RAZER mechanical keyboards and mice/mouse. Talked to the wife and she approves! I can't believe it that I will be finally owning a Razer products :big_grin_: ! So I got a Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2016 and an Orochi (I was told it was 2015 model) and was so excited to use them. My wife also do like using the keyboard since she is doing clerical jobs since she is home-based. She loves the way the keyboard response when she types.

Right now, I am planning to get a decent headset (still waiting for same SALE or something :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:). But one day, I asked myself: I am already passed my mid 30's. Is it to late to have this kind of accessories?

What are your thoughts? When did you get your first Razer product? What was it and why did you get it?

Thanks! Really looking forward in getting my hands on Razer laptops. Will be starting to save up for thise bad boys! Hahaha!
Definitely never too late! Do what makes you happy! My father is in his 70's and he owns and plays his Xbox One every single day, has a huge catalog and has beat nearly all of the games he owns. He's got docks that light up and all kinds of other flashy accessories along with the 70 inch TV. He's been a dedicated gamer for at least 30 years or so. He's owned every console other than the newer nintendo stuff (because...why? LOL!) and he's proud of it. It's pretty darn cool to talk to him about games he's playing and him being in the know about stuff like that.

If it's your passion, be proud of it! We spend too much time worrying about what other people think and deep down we know what we really want. You have to do it or else you'll be miserable all the time wishing things were different or wishing you could be doing what you really want to do. So why not do it! 🙂
It's only money, and you can't take it with you when you leave this earth. Do what makes you happy in the time you have left. :wink_:

Damn right! Hahaha
Mamba TE was my very first Razer product. I bought it for Overwatch to see if a gaming mouse would make a difference. I still sucked but I felt better about the sense of control it gave me. Fell in love with the Chroma. Never looked back. Now I work here.

Felt the same way. Played DOTA 2 after byying my Orochi and Blackwidow and I still sucks, hahaha!
Got my first Razer mouse with my first gaming computer about 6 ish years ago (I was 17) I think. It was the Razer Orochi, it was small but it felt good in my hands and still to this day I think it was the most comfortable mouse I've owned, I still use it with my Laptop.

Now all my peripherals are from Razer

If you have the funds now I'd highly recommend the Kraken headsets, you can get them for nearly 60% off right now for Cyber Monday. Great headset for that price.
