Synapse 3 disconnected my razer keyboard

i just got blackwidow 2019 today and i try to check synapse and it accidentally disconnected keyboard and it keep disconnecting and reconnecting when i uninstall synapse 3.0 and my keyboard is normally to use p.s. sorry i write this incorrectly

    If you still have a issue just go to windows device menager and remove the keybord there then disconnect it from usb and reboot pc when windows boot back connect it again and driver will instal. Most of time this help solve the issue.
