The authentication program deleted it from my mobile and I did not find the authentication code and I did not put a mobile number when I want to link the mobile number and it requires me to find the authentication code please help

Can you be more specific what is the issue becose from your message is hard to say. You try to link auth. app with razer id or something else ?

You can try any of the following methods:

  • If you have access to an alternative 2-Step Authentication device, you can use it to reset your 2-Step Authentication.
  • If you have your backup codes, you can use them to log-in and reset your 2-Step Authentication or manage your account.
  • If you still have access to your primary and recovery email, you can contact Razer ID Support to get help on recovering your account.
