Peripherals (Mouse/Keyboard) disconnect many times

    Thanks zongyong, yeah I already did and immediately saw there wasn't that connectivity issue anymore so at least I knew it wasn't my new usb hub or my laptop for that matter. Obviously all the rgb will work but they are all out of sync and can't even really get the full features and customization out of the mouse or the keyboard when I get it. Razer you really need to address this issue, I saw when these posts were first up and it's MINDBLOWING how long it's been and you still have not fixed it. If this was my company I would of had it fixed IMMEDIATELY.

    I have the same issue, for a while it went away but then a new Windows 10 updated rolled in and the issue came back. If I uninstall Razer Synapse it works OK but I lose all the features...

    Yeah exactly, you CAN use everything you bought but at the bare minimum, which is just a shame

    Hey all, thanks for creating and contributing to this (and to the other similar threads created), because I really thought at first that it was just me having the dc issue. I almost never post on forums, but I felt like we need more people talking about this issue.

    It's extremely disturbing how a disconnect issue goes for years without a fix or even an acknowledgement (as far as I know).

    I personally have a Basilisk v2 mouse, Ornata chroma keyboard and a Kraken Tour Edition Green headphones and had like 5+ disconnects while writing this post.

    A couple of things I have noticed on my end and am curious if it's similar with other people:

    1.The disconnects almost never happen while having full screen video or a game on, but on the other hand it seemingly gets worse once you quit the full screen app.

    2. I use the peripherals on my personal gaming rig and also on my work PC while working remotely. Both are using Windows 10 and I don't think I have ever noticed any issues on mu work PC (which has been used for nearly an year).

    Anyways, I really hope that the engineering teams at Razer can figure their stuff out at some point and deliver a software update that addresses the issues, because as it stands I find it really hard to recommend their products to anyone.

    And this is my 3rd Razer mouse that seeing this issue. and it's also the reason why I bought the 2nd and this one.

    Until I realized it's software issue after spending almost 3 days. Even exiting the Razer Synapse the mouse and other USB devices stopped disconnecting.

    What a shame Razer. I guess I'll never buy a Razer product.

    I don't want to jinx it but it looks like Razer Synapse 3.6.415.40812 no longer causes disconnects on my system. I had it uninstalled for a while and a week or so back decided to try out the latest version.
    My Windows 10 build is 19043(I am on the beta channel).

    No, on it's own as of right now that version does not work for me and nothing's changed....BUT...Somebody offered me advice on how to solve the issue, I haven't tried it myself yet but if anybody does this please let all of us know as will I with my results when I can. Uninstall synapse 3. Uninstall all razer devices in device manager. Connect a generic old mouse and keyboard to navigate your computer, reinstall Synapse 3. Then one at a time plug in your razer devices....hope this works.
  14. Blackwidow disconnnects every 5 seconds... Nothing works, tried EVERYTHING!
    It only disconnects when synapce is on.

    Razor plox feex...

    Just picked up 6 razer products (keybboard/mouse/mousepadx2,mouse bungee and headset stand) and same issue is happening as everyone else. Razer better fix their $hit or all 6 is being returned tomorrow.

    guess no one from razer cares

    I've been having this same problem with my razer basilisk ultimate in wireless mode, but, when I use it wired the problem immediately goes away, I've also noticed the fact that it's not really present on a full charge while wireless, but as the mouse dies, the disconnecting and reconnecting gets progressively worse
