It's so long to wait, and no sign of the life of the addition of Kraken 7.1 v2 in Synapse 3, as the year is coming to an end.
Well, according to https://www.razer.com/synapse-3#synapse3-enabled there are 4 headsets that are supported by Synapse 3: Razer Nari Ultimate Razer Nari Razer Nari Essential Razer Kraken Tournament Edition So I hope this means that more headsets are added to the support list soon!
Have the 7.1 V2. Was about to upgrade to the kitty edition... I see it's not on the supported list for Synapse 3. Why have all those lights if I can't sync them up? Jeeze, how can they be this slow? I swear, if my Kraken 7.1 v2 still doesn't have Synapse 3 support by the time it breaks, I'm not even going to consider Razer for the replacement. I bet there's other options with similar sound quality and comfort, plus maybe some semblance of product support after release. And, by the way, I wouldn't mind so much if Synapse 2 was a bit better and didn't hang every time I tried to switch menu tabs.
I got Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 (Synapse 2, my 2nd Razer headset), Razer Death Adder Elite (Synapse 3, my 2nd Razer mouse), and Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 (Synapse 3) I've been waiting for over a year for Razer Synapse 3 to support my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. Even though I got Synapse 2 crashes every once in a while and it seems to drain my CPU and RAM a lot, I hoped that when all my Razer devices will finally be supported by Synapse 3 it would be resolved. Now I'm deciding on my next gaming monitor and if it wasn't for all these Synapse 2 legacy problems, I'd seriously considered Razer Raptor 27 gaming monitor (found a review here: https://www.pcmag.com/roundup/295881/the-best-gaming-monitors). But I will not get a Razer device anymore, good job Razer! Put a team on it and update your software finally!!!
I downloaded Synpase 2 but when I tried to match it with an older version of Cortex nothing worked. So I went back, alas, to Synapse 3 but still can't change my chroma settings on my headset. Did you hear any news from Razer since then^
Hey man, I had the same issue back when razer released this amazing headset and bought it the day that released in my country too. So the only thing you can do is to simply go here: https://www.razer.com/synapse-2 and all will suit up for your headset including chroma lighting of course! You can also find specific instructions on your headset's manual on how to install it properly (easy & quick installation). And dont worry about implementation, because thats the reason of this app! Trust me I'm good with it since day one because it has updates normally just like Synapse 3 and it's fully functional and customizable!
KRAKEN 7.1 V2 dont work on synapse 3.0 and razer base station chroma dont work on synapse 2.0, what do?
tell me about it , utter shit ive got black widow v2 mamba tournament mouse and firefly mat and krakens 2 im using synapse 3 and having to have 2 as well means triple processors running all the time
Why is taking this long for Razer to put ALL their PRODUCTS in Synapse 3 ? Synapse 2 is not opening in my Windows fresh install version.
The same problem here, I bought the Kraken 7.1 v2 less than a month ago and I had to install Synapse 2, but after a few days the application does not open and if I am playing a video game that has the option to modify the lights with the sound ( MK11 for example) once the game closes, the headphones stay with the lights off, when I open Synapse 2 it only gives me 3 options, which is to register a product, buy it and another one that I don't remember now Register the product as twice but I still can't turn on the lights again, the only solution is to reinstall the program but it gets annoying this procedure, with Synapse 3 this does not happen as the Naga Trinity returns to its "wave" mode when I close the game
Can someone of you guys send this problem to some Razer support team so we can have an update ? Or we just talk between ourselves for nothing here ?
