RazerCare Store Updates

    Hey Insiders!

    Our RazerCare store is always adding new products online and we felt it was important to keep you in the loop with what and when things are available. We're working hard every day to make sure we're kept up to date with the needs of our customers and although we won't be able to fulfill every missing dongle or ear cushion, we'll make sure to keep this thread updated anytime there is something new in the shop.

    Currently our RazerCare store is only open to our US customers. We have no announcement regarding expanding to other regions, but you'll be the first to know.

    Visit our RazerCare store today. Who knows, you may finally find a replacement for that pesky piece you misplaced.

    Only for US and Canada, hope they expand to EU and other regions.

    Obviously not coming to my country anytime soon... But I'm guessing the prices could use some improvement...

    Why such spare parts can't be avaliable in regular store? For all beloved customers ;) /sarcasm/.
    Can't see a problem with that.
    Anyway, nice try Razer, keep it up :green_heart:

    This is an awesome feature, to be able to get your broken Razer stuff and get them repaired. GG, even if it's still in the US.

    How many other brands offer this kind of support for their products? I mean beside the warranty clause, how many of them do actually offer replacement parts? Razer is the best!

    There isn't a distributor for any Razor gear in South Africa or the rest of Africa (or should I say that I know of). So no stores either. I wish there was because I love the gear my friend imported from the US. It seems that it might be worthwhile to look into the possibility of having an agency that distributes the gear here.
