Synapse 3: no functional offline mode??

So... my beloved Razer Taipan needed a replacement after the many years that it served me well, so I bought the Razer Viper since I prefer symmetrical mice. With it, I had to install Razer Synapse 3, since Synapse 2 does not support the latter.

Imagine my dismay when I realized that Synapse 3 has no (fully functional) offline mode. What the heck, Razer?!

When you log out, your current settings (buttob binds and sensitivity) seem to remain functional, but when you start your PC, you are forced to log in again or the settings won't work. :frown_: On top of that, your lighting settings are being ignored once you log out and the annoying default lightshow triggers.

Can you please release an update that deals with these issues? I don't want to have to be logged in all the time in order to be able to use my mouse! :mad_:

That's button* and restart*, of course ... I don't have permission to edit my own post for some reason.

That's it. I am going to sell my brandnew Razer Viper and am getting a Sensei Ten instead. More comfortable shape, less restrictive (online 24/7 ?) and intrusive software (hint: too many services and dozens of registry entries). Synapse 3 is crap, and the mouse feels like a cheap piece of plastic, too.

Razer? - Never again.
