Synapse and Chroma Studio - don't allow games to change rgb

I've been playing ESO and I find it incredibly annoying that the game constantly changes the rgb settings that I spent a lot of time setting up myself. I honestly don't care what keys the game wants to highlight, 99.99999% of the time the key that it is highlighting (while the rest of my keyboard is completely dark) is not the key I want to press. I don't need the keys to change color based on anything ever. I want them to stay at the rgb setting that I specified and only ever change if I explicitly change them. Many people have said "just disable 3rd party control in Chroma", well there is no such option at all. There isn't even a "Chroma" app in Synapse 3 anymore, I just have Studio and there is absolutely nothing in there that lets me block ALL games from changing my rgb settings. I really don't care how much time some dev put into making these annoying rgb profiles, I don't want to see them and I have absolutely no use for them whatsoever.
