Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 and still loving it.I tried the “fix” from 3 yrs ago, unchecking the box that allows the kb to wake the computer. It not only didn’t make sense, but didn’t work. I tried rechecking the box and still no luck.Now I have to push the power button on top of my pc, which limits where I can put the tower.Help please.

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to develop a completely new keyboard layout, since I think that arrow keys are completely unnecessary. like a tkl keyboard but without arrow keys I also have a photo of what it should look like… 

I have the Razer Ornata V3 X and I want to set only the key backlight to static green while turning off all other lights. How can I achieve this?

Since synapse breaks at any given time and now just won’t boot no matter how many clean installations i do, i know how to put fps mode on for rapid triggers on wasd manually, but how can i also activate snap tap manually so i never have to use this horrendous app again?

I have a Razer BlackWidow X Chroma | RZ03-0176x - and I have an issue with a spamming key. I’ve tried to download firmware to update (from https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166), but the options avaiable don’t match my keyboard. Is there somewhere I haven’t found that has the firmware to update my keyboard? I tried the closest options from that page, but they don’t find the keyboard when trying to run.

guys i want to buy a new keyboard, the blackwidow one. But the italian layout is not avaiable. Can you tell me how much i have to wait?

I have a cyberpower pc keyboard, its fully rgb and had its own key so you can change the color, but it only does one solid color. Is there a chance the keyboard is compatible with Razer Chroma software so it can match the fans rgb cycle i customized in the software?

It would be great now if Razer would release a keyboard that has both a USB 3.x pass through AND an audio pass through. To me, wired head-sets still sound the best, and on most computers, the audio out port is next to a USB port anyway, so why is this neglected?I know Razer has had some keyboards with USB passthrough, but they’re always 2.0, not any 3.x.Am I the only person with these on my wishlist?

Please, is there any place where I can buy these pieces? PHOTOI want to change the space bar on my keyboard for a custom space bar, but then I need those pieces. Kind regards.

the keyboard has stopped working! At first, it began to disconnect and connect sestimatically, and then it stopped working altogether! My computer doesn’t see it! And when connected, the keyboard doesn’t react at all, there’s not even a backlight!

I love the media button(s) on the Huntsman Elite.I use 2 monitors and use the media buttons to pause and play media from both streaming services, as well as youtube.But the next track/ previous track buttons don’t really work well for that sort of thing, so I went into synapse to reassign them to fast forward and rewind only to find that doing so is not an option.This is a big problem for when I’m watching follow-along tutorials, which is near constantly, as I have to keep switching window focus from Blender, or FL Studio, or whatever I’m using to manually rewind or fast forward the media.Anyone else have this issue? What do you think the chances are that this will be seen and addressed?Does anyone know of any browser extensions or 3rd party scripts that can rectify this issue?

About a week ago I ordered a new Razer Ornata V3 for gaming and writing. Now I have the problem that I can't use it to play properly because I can't press 3 keys at the same time. In a game that I play (Minecraft), I have to press 2 keys to run (sprint), or occasionally 3 keys when running at an angle (W, A or D, Caps Lock) It still works. However, if I want to sprint and jump at the same time (I also have to press the spacebar for this), this command is no longer triggered in the game. That means I can't run and jump at the same time. Actually, this keyboard advertises AntiGhosting and being able to press 6 keys at the same time. But if that doesn't work, the keyboard is useless for me... I ask for help and clarification.

i think i accidently hit f9 and now the macro keys (1, d, -, spacebar) dont work at all! not even why i press them to write. i tried resetting the keyboard that didnt work. 

The keyboard doesn't work with the stated polling frequency of 1000hz, what can I do? Razer tricked me?

So I use my razer BlackWidow v3 mini always with cable connection (not wireless or bluetooth). Will it damage battery life, cause charging light is always on.

Does Razer have any idea when a UK version of the Razer BlackWidow V4 X yellow switch keyboard will be available please? 

Hello! I wanted to post here hoping I’d get someone that has the same problem. I don’t know if it’s a problem regarding every other keyboard, but I know for a fact when I use my keyboard WHILE Synapse is active, my keyboard is either *not* responsive, or WAY too responsive, typing double letters. (I’ve troubleshooted, I’ve reinstalled drivers, restarted, updated, cleaned, everything under the sun.) Synapse being closed definitely helps the situation greatly, but now I can no longer change the color of my keyboard unless I want to suffer with double typing.Is anyone having trouble with this? My keyboard is brand new. ($200 i might add...)

HiI wanted to buy white, wireless Deathstalker V2 with numeric keyboard, but this version is only available with purple switches, which are too loud to me. Black version has red switches. Does anyone know if white version is going to have red switches as well? Frankly it doesn't make sense why white version wouldn't have same range of options as black one has

Ever since i have gotten this keyboard in every game it gets recognized as a controller even tho i dont want it to, its gotten so bad that i cant even play certain games and its really annoying, can someone please help me out? I tried everything 

I have a problem with my black widow v3 tenkeyless .I fell electric stock at the edge of my keyboard is that a quality problem or my computer problem? The keyboard working normally just the electric shock at the edge someone know how to fix it?

I should point out that English is not my native language, I will use Google Translate to communicate.A couple of days ago I was checking my Hunstman Elite keyboard, since a key stopped working and I was checking the switch.When I was assembling the keyboard, it accidentally fell, dropping the piece that connects to the wrist rest,According to Razer's diagram, the part is called "Wrist rest port", and I still can't find it. I would like to know where I can buy or request that replacement part. As is obvious, the warranty on my keyboard no longer runs, so the replacement would be out of pocket.If anyone knows where I can find the "Wrist rest port" connector I would appreciate it. 

i can’t change color in razer chroma idk but it just says “ No Comatible device detected. Please contact a Razer Chroma device or enable “ chrroma-connect “ in supported third-party device software “ it just says this idk what to do my keyboard is razer blacwidow lite mercury white

Suddenly, the control key on my keyboard is not recognized.

I got a Razer Huntsman Mini Analog and it always stops “working” when synapse is starting.RGB works, I can even use the fn key and use the loud quiet function, which can only mean my pc is recognizing my key presses but somehow wont show it right WHEN synapse is open.The problem appeared today for the first time and I think it is like yesterday since synapse updated it itself.Thanks in advance!
