Does Razer have any idea when a UK version of the Razer BlackWidow V4 X yellow switch keyboard will be available please? 

Hello! I wanted to post here hoping I’d get someone that has the same problem. I don’t know if it’s a problem regarding every other keyboard, but I know for a fact when I use my keyboard WHILE Synapse is active, my keyboard is either *not* responsive, or WAY too responsive, typing double letters. (I’ve troubleshooted, I’ve reinstalled drivers, restarted, updated, cleaned, everything under the sun.) Synapse being closed definitely helps the situation greatly, but now I can no longer change the color of my keyboard unless I want to suffer with double typing.Is anyone having trouble with this? My keyboard is brand new. ($200 i might add...)

HiI wanted to buy white, wireless Deathstalker V2 with numeric keyboard, but this version is only available with purple switches, which are too loud to me. Black version has red switches. Does anyone know if white version is going to have red switches as well? Frankly it doesn't make sense why white version wouldn't have same range of options as black one has

Ever since i have gotten this keyboard in every game it gets recognized as a controller even tho i dont want it to, its gotten so bad that i cant even play certain games and its really annoying, can someone please help me out? I tried everything 

I have a problem with my black widow v3 tenkeyless .I fell electric stock at the edge of my keyboard is that a quality problem or my computer problem? The keyboard working normally just the electric shock at the edge someone know how to fix it?

I should point out that English is not my native language, I will use Google Translate to communicate.A couple of days ago I was checking my Hunstman Elite keyboard, since a key stopped working and I was checking the switch.When I was assembling the keyboard, it accidentally fell, dropping the piece that connects to the wrist rest,According to Razer's diagram, the part is called "Wrist rest port", and I still can't find it. I would like to know where I can buy or request that replacement part. As is obvious, the warranty on my keyboard no longer runs, so the replacement would be out of pocket.If anyone knows where I can find the "Wrist rest port" connector I would appreciate it. 

i can’t change color in razer chroma idk but it just says “ No Comatible device detected. Please contact a Razer Chroma device or enable “ chrroma-connect “ in supported third-party device software “ it just says this idk what to do my keyboard is razer blacwidow lite mercury white

Suddenly, the control key on my keyboard is not recognized.

I got a Razer Huntsman Mini Analog and it always stops “working” when synapse is starting.RGB works, I can even use the fn key and use the loud quiet function, which can only mean my pc is recognizing my key presses but somehow wont show it right WHEN synapse is open.The problem appeared today for the first time and I think it is like yesterday since synapse updated it itself.Thanks in advance!

Razer deathstalker v2 is a very good keyboard, but there is a disadvantage that I and some people do not choose to buy is that there is no Thai language. If possible, I want to make Thai language to sell. I am ready to support. Thank you.

Long story short, my Huntsman V2 Pro has water damage or something and I want to upgrade to an analog keyboard specifically for playing games like Rocket league and Forza Horizon 5. I saw that Razer released a new Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless and I was wondering what’s different about Gen 2? The descriptions and images they use in the product pages for V3 and V2 are identical, which leads me to question what’s the point of gen 2? What was actually upgraded? And if gen 2 is better than gen 1, is it also better than a wooting keyboard? I’m trying to find out the answer soon because my keyboard is broken and I need a new one ASAP no rocky. hi there,ihave a blackwidow v4 and while gaming the keyboard very often is lagging...For example whille using W,A,S,D keys for movement in game it seems that its long pressing the buttons and delays a lot.Sticky keys deactivated.Firmware last version-delleted and installed synapse again poll rate 1000….Tried diffent usb ports stilll the same...Any idea what could be happening ?

Hi,I spilled beer all over my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and while no damage was done and I cleaned all the keycaps the keys are sticky. I read that this is a hot-swappable keyboard.Does that mean I can remove the keys without desoldering? How do I remove the keys is there a video?Many thanks!

When i turn off the rgb in the keyboard some keys still on but on dim blue (like when u press on fn key) win key,fn key,enter and left shiftHow can i solve this problem

My a key is sometimes not responding. its not dirt cause i removed the keycap and cleaned it. i also reset the keyboard through synapse and did a firmware update. do u guys have any clue how to fix this?I have the blackwidow v3 tenkeyless

My Huntsman Elite (2 years old now) I had just recently spilled a drink on and immediately cleaned up, but 3 of my keys have lost the "G" in RGB how would i go about fixing this

I bought this keyboard a few days ago and turns out it doesn’t work when I turn on my pc. For It to work, I have to disconnect the cable and plug it back in. I’ve updated drivers for everything on my PC, I’ve also updated the firmware on the keyboard yet it doesn’t work properly. Also tried with a different cable but same outcome. Any solution or idea on what it could be?I don't know what else to do. I did a fabric reset, as said previously; tried another cable, updated both drivers and firmware and is still not working when I turn on my PC. It's the only peripheral I have this issue with. The keyboard is not brand new. I bought it used, the store I bought it from is reliable and has warranty, but I'm waiting on the warranty so I can find a solution on my own because I'd have to return the keyboard and the store is hundreds of kilometres away. I don't know why my The Razer Synapse 3 unidentifiable Razer Leviathan V2 X,So I had to download The New Razer Synapse.To my surprise,The New Razer Synapse unidentifiable Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini. This keyboard is the new products released in the past few months,I don't know why Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini didn't get support on The New Razer Synapse.You're forcing me to choose between a Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini and Razer Leviathan V2 X.If I run both The New Razer Synapse and The Razer Synapse 3 at the same time,Razer Cobra Pro lights will flash.This is not very funny.

i was testing out the razer synapse thing and then i remember loosing all the lighting types on my keyboard( fn + ctrl + 4 and so on), now im stuck on one lighting mode and cant change or turn off the lighting modes, please help

Hello, Im having an issue with ornata chroma that i used for a longerr while (5+ years).So today without clear reason left CTRL caused also windows key to be pressed and pressing windows key resulted in windows and ALT being pressed same thing with q that also causes TAB to be pressed even tho afret spamming q few times tab no longer activates and after few secounds its back to both keys being pressed. I connected keyboard to another device and same thing was happening. I have no idea what is causing it and if it can be fixed or keyboard just reached its final days. any help woud be appreciated.
