PLEASE TRANSLATE BEFORE READING             Klavyeyi ikinci el aldım hiçbir problemi yoktu ve 1,5 ay garantisi varken aldım şuan garantisi hemen hemen 6,5 ay oldu 2 hafta önceye kadar hiçbir problem yoktu gayet güzel çalışıyordu klavyem, ama birgün oyuna girerken enter tuşuna bastım ve klavye kendi kendine tuşlara basmaya başladı hatta bu windowsun çökmesine sebep oldu mavi ekran hatası aldım videoda da göründüğü gibi synapse kapalıyken bu şekilde birkaç tuş çalışmıyor veya basılı kalıyor synapse açık ikende kendi kendine tuşlara basıyor klavyemde sıvı teması bulunmamakta sadece ctrl ve windows tuşuna içecek tam olarak dökülmedi ama temas etti 1,5 ay önce oldu bu olay ama olduğu gibi elektronik devre temizleme spreyi ile switchleri temizledim klavyede enerji yok iken ,yani onunla bir alakası olamaz zaten o tuşlar normal çalışıyor. I’ve had my Blackwidow V4 Pro for a little over a month now, and recently it’s been bugging out with the fn + pause key to put my laptop to sleep.What’s curious is that if I quit Synapse, the fn + pause key does put my laptop to sleep correctly, and it’s only when Synapse is running that it doesn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse to no avail. Help, anyone?  Edit: Blackwidow V4 pro firmware version 1.0.8.0Synapse version 3.8.930.91517

Ok, so as normal I was playing on my computer when I noticed SHIFT key was not working. I started to research on Internet trying to find a solution, but I noticed that also Z, X, B, N, M, Coma, . , /, UP, and on the numpad 1, 2, 3 and enter were not working. I changed Z hey switch with C key switch (which was working right) and it did not work, then I put the switch again on its place and it worked right, so I discarded that the switch was broken. I opened the keyboard and everything seems to be fine, so I think that is maybe the PCB the problem, or the leds that pass through the switched to activate the key. I would really appreciate any help.

Is there a Razer keybaord that's wireless ? I'm honestly interested in it just for my college work. I can't seem to find a wireless one. I'm attracted to razers colors and designs. Id like the size of the huntsman special edition 60% ... ?? 

The problem is that I am using it connected to 2.4ghz. When I want to play any game, the keyboard disconnects and comes back instantly. When I turn off Synaps 3 running, this problem goes away. I haven't been able to use the keyboard I bought properly for 3 months. Because of this problem, I sent it to warranty, they sent me a new keyboard and the problem is the same. What a disgrace! Can authorized friends please help me understand this situation?

You may know that the Blackwidow v4 is not wireless, and this has cause some not to buy it. I have an idea that Razer makes a adapter for the Blackwidow V4 to make it wireless. I do not know how they would do this BUT it would make them more money.

Hello I purchased a Razer huntsman 60% keyboard at Walmart in a different town than my home town as I was getting my surface pro for repaired. I got the item and came home excited to use it. Nothing. On the keyboard works.  I went to the local Walmart as it was within return period and the manager in the electronics said because it didn't come from the Wilkesboro, NC store it came from the Hickory, NC store that it was at their discretion here if they honored the return and she wouldnt allow the item to be returned. I've called and tried speaking with different people. I went to the store and they scanned my receipt and it seems like because it was on sale in hickory  they didn't want to do it because they would lose money from it honoring the sale price.  I check my Walmart app and they have it now listed as returned.  So that means that their system shows it as returned but no one has ever let me. Bought a Black Widow Elite keyboard a couple years ago for my dad and I, both came with the orange switches. I had the 2016 version with green switches and liked the clickiness even though my lady despised it. Wasn't crazy about the orange switches from the start but stuck with them because of the deal I got and I didn't want to have to go through the return process. I really dislike these though, feels like the keys drag on something when they are being pressed, very unpleasing to type on compared to other switches and keys. Does anyone here actually like these? According to other threads and comments people were bummed that these got discontinued but can't see why, lol. Is there anything I can do to make this keyboard better? The volume knob had the flicky issue out of the box and I never got around to fixing. From what I understand I can't lube them because they aren't swappable switches and there is no way I'm going to unsolder and resolder each individual switch. Should I just thr

Hi, I have bought the razer huntsman mini analog cause all the v3 ones are out of stock. Apparently the one I ordered has gen1. What is the difference between gen1 and 2 please and is it worth a upgrade?

Hello there!I’ve got an issue with my Huntsman Elite keyboard. It’s a while now since it started I don’t remember exactly when. I decided to do something with this today. I can’t make RMA request because I bought it in 2018 so the warranty is over. I did everything on that list:Cleaned keyboard Connected to different USB Reinstall Synapse 3 Updated firmware (which made my issue much worse) Tested with closed Synapse 3 Checked on other PC (laptop on Windows)After installing firmware v1.22.00_r1 (before it was something like 1.02 don’t remember exactly) made my issue worse which is spaming key >95% of the time. Before that is was much better with sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes spam like 2-4 ‘three’ at the time and sometime normal. several kees don't work or wen pressed it sows oter kees repeating.  Wen te numer six is pressed on te # line, dis appenshyb4444444444444~"h", "y", and "b" also don't work.  As  /\ displaid                                                                |                                                                |I copied and pasted to place in report. 

I recently bought a Blackwidow V3 keyboard and I am having a problem with the dial button. The dial will not control the volume. All the other multimedia buttons/controls work fine. Synapse is installed and I have tried other USB ports with no luck.That is when I have the Synapse installed. If I uninstall it, the dial works as expected. I've tried searching for a solution in here and on the support site but I can't seem to find one or find another user with the same problem as me.

If the rapid trigger is disabled, even if the actuation point is set to 0.1mm, it will respond at about 0.5mm. However, when the rapid trigger is enabled, it responds at 0.1mm as set. Have you seen this symptom? Am I the only one?

I've reinstalled all razer software even the SDK but my razer turret continually just lights up blue even if I change the colors on synapse. Ive even reset through synapse and hard reset and it still persist. I'm heated

ok so i was wanting to know if there possible was a way to make it so the multimedia scroll wheel on a blackwidow v3 could be remapped in a way to only turn down Spotify(or other apps) volume and not my whole windows volume

Hello, I have had a problem with the Razer Ornata keyboard for a week, in CS I noticed that it has some delay, when I haven't used the A key for a long time, the character moves to my left, when I want to crouch, it crouches longer than I wanted. Yesterday I somehow managed to click everything in order and I fixed it until the next computer restart, but this time I can't deal with it anymore.

As far as I know no-one else has had this issue. What happens is whenever I press a key on my Ornata V3 X it pops up a different key. ex: s=a d=s a=Tab z=d c=x n=b m=v. then there are some that just don’t work at all. like X B the backspace key. I need help to figure out the problem. I love this keyboard and want to keep being able to use it.

I found that the expected delivery time on the official website is September 29, so I chose to pre-order on the official website. But today is September 30, still no delivery.

I had an issue with a drink and it fell on my Razer Book 13. Now half of my book’s keyboard is working totally fine and the other half feels sticky. I was wondering if I can remove the keycaps of the razer book 13 to clean them or not. Thenk you!

Idk if i pressed something wrong, but my lettori and right key are glowing red and the are triggered but i m not pressing them.Plese help idk what to do anymore...
