Hello! I've had this keyboard for about a year, and I worry about my keyboard (using green keycaps) being too loud, so I'm looking for some quiet keycaps. Where can I purchase them? Thanks in advance!

i press about 50% of the key, the synapse see it as 100%. it's happen with all key, is there anyway to re-calibrate the optical sensor ?

Hi! I have been injured and have metallic magnetic parts stuck inside a very sensitive area. I know that I am not *THAT* sensitive to magnets, but it still scares me to have magnets near me. I have recently bought an Ornata v2 keyboard but I did not know it has magnets in it and the wrist rest. So... I would really want to replace it with another keyboard that does not have magnets at all. Or to pull the magnets out (using various tools and screwdrivers). Do you have anything to recommend for me to buy instead?

Hi guys, I hope that you guys can help me with this. I bought the keyboard back in 2020 and it has been working fine since then, but yesterday when I was playing the game "League of Legends" to be exact. The keyboard started to disconnect and re-connect. There was also no light when it was connected to my Laptop. I tried the factory reset on Youtube but did not fix it. The matter got worse as it also spammed keys when I typed. Please help!!

Hi. Does anyone use Huntsman v2 analog with HyperX pudding keycaps? I have a problem with a few buttons - the longer ones like spacebar, enter, backspace. They have kind of double-click. After pressing, you feel resistance after some point. I can press them to the very end but you can feel such a "jump". Others run smoothly.

I've noticed that Razer sells replacement wrist rests (link at bottom), however the full sized one (both normal and pro) have length dimensions of 444.5mm, whereas the Blackwidow Chroma V2 has around 470mm as I measured it, which would seem to be longer due to the presence of the 5 macro keys on the left, and it also doesn't have the cut edges on the corners. I'm also skeptical that this replacement wrist rest would have the built in magnets on the back to attach to the front of the keyboard like my current rest does. Is there anywhere to get a legitimate replacement part for the Blackwidow Chroma V2 wrist rest or would I be stuck with one that wouldn't match the size of my keyboard and wouldn't have the magnets on the back? BTW my keyboard is out of extended warranty so that's not the way to go about this. I also looked on the replacement parts page and the only parts they have for keyboards are wireless USB connectors for wireless keyboards. https://www.razer.com/ca-en/gaming-key

I've been thinking about this idea for a while but what if Razer made a hot-swap barebones kit for $90 or under ($60 under at best)? It would help introduce new people who want to get into the custom keyboards hobby. Some decent foam included in the kit would be nice and south facing PCB that would definitely sell. What do you guys think?

Hi, I broke one stabilizer on my keyboard (the + on numpad). I checked and razer doesn't sell it and looking in internet I cant find the model the keyboard uses (I can find the ones with the metal part, but this one are more like a hook) Someone know where can I find it? Or the exact name to google it?

Just received the KB and discovered that you need to hold down Fn if you want to use the F# keys. Am aware that this can be changed in Synapse but... I need to use the KB on a work machine upon which I cannot install software https://tutuapp.uno/. I have access to my own Win 10 machine with Synapse (+ an M1 Mac). Is there a way please to program the KB using my own machines so that I can remove the need to press the Fn keys when using it on the work PC? Any help gratefully received, otherwise it is going straight back in the box and being returned

I'm wondering if the Razer keyboards work with Macs. I'm interested in the Razer Blackwidow Lite. Looking for a nice lowkey mechanical keyboard that has backlighting, and the I love the look of the mercury white echatrandom blackwidow lite.

I have a 5YO iBuyPower (C-i14) gaming desktop with an Asus Prime Z270-K. I've had the Black Widow for a long time and it took me forever to troubleshoot the issue, but this keyboard is occasionally preventing my PC from booting to Windows. No issues at all when I use the original iBuyPower keyboard. The PC will power down properly with the Razor plugged in. I just have to make sure it's unplugged from the USB port before powering up. Is there a Firmware update for this? Is this a known issue? Thanks in advance

Hi there. I'm using a new Cynosa on a work laptop that I cannot install the Razer software on. I was looking for a way to stabilize the pulsing color rainbow effect. I saw some articles about using hotkeys to do this, such as at https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5452/~/how-to-cycle-through-onboard-quick-lighting-effects-on-the-razer-keyboard%3F However those don't seem to work for the Cynosa and I cannot locate any materials that cover how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to bind keyboard shortcuts to Razer Naga numpad buttons such as: - Win + Tab - I was able to map this from the "Windows Shortcuts" menu in Synapse - Win + Left - Win + Right ...but Razer Synapse is not recognizing the "Win" key. Any tips as a workaround?

I have noticed that I'm unable to use some keys together for example TAB and W + A, I can only use TAB and one key only. it's not only with tab it's with other keys too. I bought this keyboard yesterday(cynosa lite). Is there a way for me to do something about this?

Are the LEDs capable of a true white or the usual blue-ish white that pretty much any other RGB keyboard does? Does the Huntsman V2 store profiles on-board or is it necessary to run the Razer software always?

Hello everyone, If you can recall, I had issues with the dial, as did others with the same or other keyboards, and I tried a some what odd, but doable solution. Ref /possible-fix-for-volume-dial.81637/#post-797741 This is the thread Anyways, it seems that it may not be the physical keyboard. I had to do a fresh install of Windows and started downloading, installing, etc. Now before I installed Synapse, I changed the volume just out of the blue, and wouldnt you know it, the volume scrolled very nicely. I mean no skipping, no crazy volume up or down, it kept up with how fast I was scrolling, etc. It was awesome! This made me curious to ask the question, is it my Ornata V2 fault? or could it be software related. Well, I reinstalled, updated and restarted after installing Synapse, and womp whaaaa. The issue is back! I uninstalled immediately and, voilà, it worked perfectly. This tells me, something is very wrong with Synapse. What kinda makes me a little upset, is that you guys ditch

Hello, I just got my replacement wrist wrest, but it turns out that it differs from the one that came with it originally. This one doesnt 'connect' with the keyboard and it just slips. This amazon review showcases it pretty well https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1GELOJ0SAK8RW/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B07ZPRZXH4. I would like to buy the original one, which fitted perfectly with a better anti-slip and a magnetic connection. Is it still availble somewhere? I cant really find it myself, but I cant believe they just dont offer those replacements. I live in the netherlands myself, so europe would be nice.

So uh, recently my cynosa chroma v2 has been taking the control key as the meta key sometimes and i really dont know what the problem is, didnt spill anything on it and i did try it in another tower, same thing happened. I tried turning on the gaming mode and it did work just fine and it took it as control key but when i turned gaming mode off again it was meta key again. Is it a hardware problem or what is it??.

I purchased a replacement part after i assumed it was lost but found it about 10 minutes after my order. When i try to use the email i used as my guest email i can’t seem to cancel the order. Is that not in there policy?

Got a Razer BW V3 a few months ago and it's been working great but recently, seemingly randomly, the scroll dial now scrolls now scrolls on web pages instead of volume. I went into Synapse and checked the dial multi function and it's set to volume. I changed it to other functions but it is stuck on page scroll. Interestingly, the dial click function can be changed and is functional as it should be. Anyone else encounter this problem? Can't seem to find any info on it on any forum

I am having a issue where the backspace key on my keyboard is not working. I have tried to update the drivers and hard reset the keyboard. Nothing is working and I would like to know if there is one more thing I could try before I have to return it and use the warranty.
