Hey guys, I have a Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 using the current Razer Synapse app for my macros. I am trying to come up with a way I can bind my "A" and "D" keys for FPS style games. The idea is to make it so that when I am using "A" to strafe left and push the "D" key the character will either stop moving or start strafing right until the "D" key is released then continue strafing left (and vise versa when starting with a strafe to the right.) Meaning both keys are held down at the same time, or used to stutter step while strafing https://vlc.onl. I know I had a macro to do this back in the 3ed expansion for World of Warcraft long long ago, but that was an internal macro to the game not something specifically setup for my keyboard. Has anyone made something like this before or have an idea how I could set it up either through keybinds or with macros using the Razer Synapse App? Sorry and yep it's a noob question but I can't find out how to change it:frown_: I recently changed to Razer BWdw mini for gaming and am used to hold down the w key to continuously move forward with my old apple KB (flat non-mech)- but with my new BW - which i love in all other respects- I find this isn't working the same, and in high-tension moments I end up with my char stuck still, immobilised - when I thought I was moving o_O:eek_:😳 - is there some way to change the default action (hold key down= stop) to hold key down =continue in that direction, or to otherwise overcome this ?

Hi, I buy a brand new Hunstman Elite a month ago and I want to know if it possible to remove the faux leather on the wrist rest and upgrad it with better material without dissassembly all the wrist rest ? I read somewhere that it seem to be just tape on the plastic box that have all the RGB on the wrist rest. Remove it from the top ? no screw or metal or plastic plate to remove ?, it's just a cushion with faux leather that stick with tape on the plastic box with the RGB lights? Please confirm. And razer not sell it if it break, only wrist rest without led bar, i purchase the elite for that and the purple switch Thanks ! Reply to this topic... Howdy All, My mother purchased the Destiny 2 Razer Ornata Chroma about two or three years ago, the wrist rest is starting to deteriorate and the top material has recently begun peeling off, I can't seem to find anywhere that sells a replacement, Any advice?

Hey, quick question: I'm looking for a keyboard like the Huntsman Tournament Edition, so Optical Switches and no Numpad. Though I just found out the HTE neither has Purple switches, nor German Layout avalibility. I have the Huntsman TKL, though I can exchange it if there's a better keyboard that has what I need. I would like to create macros, and then move the keyboard to a different computer and still maintain those macros. The issue is that the different computer will not have the Razer Synapse software (work pc). Is there a way to keep my macros without Synapse? I thought that this was the whole point of having on-board memory on the keyboard but it does not seem to work that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, i have just bought a new keyborad and i have issue with rgb lightng. When keboard is in defult height setting rgb lights in wrist pad work fine. The problem starts when i set keyboard higher, it's loosing power source i guess. Can i fix it or should i send it back and call for refund ?

Hi everyone. I've had my BlackWidow for a few years now, and it's gotten a bit dirty under the keys. Mostly what looks like hair (probably dog hair and fuzz, etc.). I've read you shouldn't remove keys, but I don't see another way to clean it out? Any recommendations?

Hi, my wrist rest for the Huntsman Elite is starting to wear out, the leather is falling apart... is there a place i can get a new cushion? i don't see anything in the Razer store beside rests without RGB underglow. thank you.

I have a Huntsman Elite keyboard with a volume wheel on it, and when I use it the volume decides whether to go down or up randomly, regardless of what I do. The volume will practically stay in the same place because it is turning up and down despite turning the wheel one way. Is there a fix for this? I am not finding anything on google...

Greetings, after trying for several days I have been able to get the Razer Anansi keyboard to work only by starting windows and being detected by the standalone driver, which allowed me to disable the special keys. This indicates that the keyboard, without driver, saves a PROFILE - DEFAULT and that it cannot be modified by firmware update or by the razer configurator driver. The problem is that it seems to have saved in the PROFILE - DEFAULT, random key combinations as a macro, sometimes blocking Windows and the use of the keyboard itself. Is there any way to HARD RESET the Razer Anansi ? The software does not reset the PROFILE - DEFAULT and when I connect it to another computer or in Bios mode of a PC, it is not configured again.

Hello, i want to buy a new keyboard, but in all the pictures in the store the enter key is very small, which I don't like. I wonder now if there are still keyboards from Razer with the "normal" enter key or just the narrow one.

No I did not take anything apart or sprayed it with any liquid or cleaner. Anyways, in one of the posts, someone mentions that theres some sort or gunk or something on the mechanism, and keeping it from raising and lowering your volume properly. What I did was when my computer was off, I would spin the dial fast up several times, then down several times (like youre scrolling on a phone or tablet), then up and down, almost like youre playing Fruit Ninja (best way I can describe lol). Hi, I have several key-binding files for the Orbweaver (e.g. for MSFS2020 and X-Plane 11). These files have a filename suffix of '.RazerSynapse'. These files look to contain compiled code. Question: Howto convert these files for the Tartarus Pro. See an example attached. Since this forum software does not allow to upload these kind of file type, I made a screenshot of it and uploaded that, so you can see the internals of the file.

Hi, once in a while the wrist rest that comes with my brand new Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard which I've gotten for a week lights up a different color from the mousepad, keyboard and mouse despite they are all synced with Spectrum Cycling quick effect, does that happen to you, how to solve it or should I bring it back to get a replacement? I recently got my BW V3 yesterday and was wondering how I can set Chroma Studio profiles I set corresponds with the Keyboard's Profile, e.g.: - Keyboard Profile 1 for Application 1 with Chroma Studio Profile 1 - Keyboard Profile 2 for Application 2 with Chroma Studio Profile 2 - etc... The issue is when I set the Effects on the Lighting menu in Razer Synapse and choose Advanced Effects, it only select one Chroma Studio profile for all Keyboard profile, while what I want is each Keyboard profile linked with each Chroma profile. Is there any way to do that? Thank you

ok, so new computer, getting everything set up and running. Win 10 pro. Having trouble getting program installers to load (they keep hanging up) so I'm at least running my old programs (Open Office, etc), still haven't got that ironed out. My Black Widow Ultimate 2016 was working fine until I realized I didn't have my settings (key programs, etc). I tried to install the synapse program and the installers. It too won't load, only this time it's telling me to turn off the synapse (I can't find an instance of it running). NOW my lights are off and the keyboard's playing dead, only the mouse (which is plugged into the side port) is still working. SO somehow its only playing dead. I've tried plugging it into my husbands computer, no life. tried restarts, etc. nothing is working and I'm pulling my hair out.

Hi. I just bought a Huntsman V2 keyboard... loving it so far! I didn't receive a kepcap puller in the box, and I do like to periodically like to give the keyboard a good cleaning underneath. I am having a hard time finding tenkeyless mechanical keyboards that have MX brown switches or equivillant. I do like if it comes with a risk rest. I heard Razer is bad company. Should I ignore Razer products? I want tenkeyless keyboard since my desk is small and it helps with gaming. I want MX Brown because I use my keyboard for typing/scripting/programming and gaming. I bought a Razer huntsman mini for my Son, the function shortcut keys for colours stopped working once I installed synapse, anyone help me get the function keys to work again?
