Cynosa v2 what type keycaps have this keyboard painted or coloured plastic?

I need to refresh three of my keyboards (home, work, wife). I just wanted to buy more Deathstalkers or another comparable chiclet keyboard. Sadly, Razer no longer sells Deathstalker and seems to have abandoned chiclet keyboards entirely. Why did Razer abandon Deathstalker with no replacement? Are you gonna bring something to market for people like me? Logitech has MX Keys which is a sweet alternative. They have their own software ecosystem, and I don't want a desk with mismatched peripherals. Time to ditch all my Razer gear and switch to Logi, I guess. :(

Hi community Whilst trying to remove my space bar key I have broken the little back clip. Has anyone had any luck sourcing singular replacement keys ? I’m not wanting to purchase a whole new set. Help with his would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I just bought the keyboard, setting up the lights and whatnot, and I would like to know if there's a possibility to change volume scroll color? While scrolling, it is white by default, couldn't find an option to change it to something else. Thanks all!

Ok, I am coming from a Logitech ecosystem. In the past two weeks, I bought a Tartarus Pro and BWEK. I was planning on getting the basilisk ultimate but now I am not so sure I want to stick with razer. The number 1 reason I bought these items is that my G13 is dying and Logitech has not released a replacement. So, I bought the Tartarus Pro, and since I like to keep things simple which why I am switching my other Logitech stuff to razer. These are what is frustrating me. Switching keymaps does not end current activities and reset the light effect. Star Trek Online has both ground and space play, so I created keymaps for each. When I switch keymaps on the G13 it ends any action that was active under the previous keymap. The Tartarus Pro doesn't do this. Since synapse allows you to map individual keys and light effects I have keys setup to blink when the power is active. If I fail to deactivate that key the light is still blinking. Will be any other keyboard with the improved red switches? I want to get them but i dont want a 60% keyboard. I am using razer product for 7 years i wanna replace my blackwidow but its very dissapointing that i need to buy a 60% keyboard if i want the better switches. I am not gonna buy the 60% one. Im considering to buy from another brand if no other keyboards will have the better switches. Is there any information about razers future plans? Will be a TKL or full size keyboard with the switches? Should i wait a little longer?

hello guys! I bought the blackwidow elite keyboard and Im trying to save macros, so I did two profile, one with a default keys and the second to change all keys to macros, I like to play Age of empires DE so I need to use like this sequence ctrl+1 or ctrl+q+b, but when I made the macro and try it in the game doesnt work, can somebody tell me how to do it? I already dowload the instructions but it didnt help

1. What are all the keyboards that use orange switches? (and opinions on which are the best) 2. If an orange switch keyboard is out of stock is there a way I can get notified for when it is in stock again? Ex. Razer BlackWidow Elite could be out of stock currently so is there some way to get notified when it's available again?

Anyone have a clue if say the PCB keys Razer sells will fit on the Tartarus Pro? I want switch out the numbers to the actual keybind key and have some custom keys for macros.

Hello everyone, I am wondering if there is a way to disable the "Disable Windows Key" option in Gaming Mode in Razer Synapse 3. It seem odd that there is an option shown in the program to re-enable the windows key but have it greyed out. I want to disable alt-TAB and alt-F4 only as I use alt as a key-modifier in the game I am playing (no other options). Is there a firmware/software update or workaround I could use to ONLY disable alt-TAB while still keeping separate ALT and TAB functionality? Thanks

Razer, For the most part, I love the Razer Huntsman Mini. It does however have one glaring design flaw via the software - combining the 'FN' function key with HyperShift. I use HyperShift exclusively on my mouse; yet with the fixed function keys on the Hunstman Mini I find I am activating Windows Volume functions which interrupt gameplay and severely disrupt the experience. The simple solution would be to allow an option for 'FN' & HyperShift to operate independently OR the less likely solution to allow for all keys to be remappable. I'd appreciate the feedback on this matter since this is a real deal breaker to using this keyboard going forward.. Many thanks,

And it needs a replacable battery / option to run through USB-C cable for the time the battery dies in a few years. Love the orange switches, by far the best switches to me of all manufacturers.

Hi all, first of all sorry if i posted this thread in the wrong section. I had a Blackwidow V3 Pro but the keyboard had the problem of double tapping, i had contact with razer support, they gave me a firmware update for the double tapping but unfortunately the problem stayed after the update so i sended the keyboard back to the retailer i bought from. I'm thinking of buying the new Huntsman V2 Analog. My first question: do i buy the new Huntsman V2 Analog or do i stay with the Blackwidow V3 Pro? (I can't decide which to take) I'm from Belgium, as keyboard layout we use the Belgium Period as layout (that is a AZERTY layout). The only layout that is possible to buy with the razer keyboards (that is AZERTY) is the french layout (as far as i know, i don't know what the other layouts are if they're QWERTY or AZERTY). I had my Blackwidow with a french layout but unfortunately i find the finish of the keys very ugly and they are in french. I was thinking about buying the keyboard again

In the last few days I have found that my Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard has a problem with flickering lights. While the Chroma setting is active (+ Synapse is turned on) whenever the keyboard colour changes the lights at the bottom all flicker through several colours until settling. I also have a Deathadder Elite but that is working as expected. Does anyone know how to resolve the problem with flickering lights?

I don't know why this is not an option. But man we need this. I started with a blackwidow TE and switched to the Huntsman Elite Purple switch. That adjustment alone was hard for me as I misclick some keys when I rest my hands in the keyboard. Now I just want a Huntsman TE which I can bring with my laptop when i go out (I don't like the mini format). But having only a red switch definitely is not gonna work for me. Razer I'm waiting. I know a lot of us is waiting.

This keyboard is barely two weeks old, and it is repeating keys so bad, that it's practically unusable. I have tried it on different computers, updated the firmware, cleaned it, tried it wired and wireless, and nothing fixes this. How do you fix this problem? I've tried it with and without synapse, same problem, same keys. As much as this keyboard cost, this should not be an issue right out of the box.

Hello dear people I bought the Huntsman V2 Analog, it worked in the beginning with a problem .. now I switched on my PC. It lights up but as soon as I want to enter something it lights up green and doesn't write any key as if it were locked .. please to help

hey, I just got the Razer power up bundle with includes the cynosa x lite keyboard and the viper mouse. Im using Mac OS and I want to be able to change the colour bind keys etc. I downloaded the synapse 2 software for Mac but it "won't detect" my keyboard and mouse. Are they even compatible with the synapse software? and is it only available for windows? Thanks

I have problem with my volume control roller. It doesn't respond to tapping and scrolling, but if I change its task in Synapse it works(run calculator or other). Also it works before the Synapse starts after power on.

Hi, I have a Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard, but none of the media keys work. I have tried; - different USB ports - different computer - Installing/un-installing Razer software - trying without software - assigning the media keys to other functions (to test whether it was a media control issue). But none of the above has had any impact. My older, none Razer, keyboard has media keys and works fine. What can I do? Is this keyboard faulty? Thanks
