Keyboards

This keyboard is barely two weeks old, and it is repeating keys so bad, that it's practically unusable. I have tried it on different computers, updated the firmware, cleaned it, tried it wired and wireless, and nothing fixes this. How do you fix this problem? I've tried it with and without synapse, same problem, same keys. As much as this keyboard cost, this should not be an issue right out of the box.

I can't receive the OTP code because my cellphone is lost and the OTP code is transferred to my lost cellphone number. Now what do I do to open 2-step authentication?

Hello dear people I bought the Huntsman V2 Analog, it worked in the beginning with a problem .. now I switched on my PC. It lights up but as soon as I want to enter something it lights up green and doesn't write any key as if it were locked .. please to help

hey, I just got the Razer power up bundle with includes the cynosa x lite keyboard and the viper mouse. Im using Mac OS and I want to be able to change the colour bind keys etc. I downloaded the synapse 2 software for Mac but it "won't detect" my keyboard and mouse. Are they even compatible with the synapse software? and is it only available for windows? Thanks

I have problem with my volume control roller. It doesn't respond to tapping and scrolling, but if I change its task in Synapse it works(run calculator or other). Also it works before the Synapse starts after power on.

Hi, I have a Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard, but none of the media keys work. I have tried; - different USB ports - different computer - Installing/un-installing Razer software - trying without software - assigning the media keys to other functions (to test whether it was a media control issue). But none of the above has had any impact. My older, none Razer, keyboard has media keys and works fine. What can I do? Is this keyboard faulty? Thanks

Greetings, i come here as a fan of Razer products, proposing a new product that has a huge potential in PC gaming. New keypad like Razer Tartarus Pro, but with an analog thumb stick. I have been using Tartarus Pro for playing Star Citizen, and having a analog thumb stick instead of dpad on there would mean i could emulate a joystick instead of digital keypresses like i do now. Giving me fine range of motion. I also know there is a huge potential for this in other games like Fortnite, where players have been chopping up random keypads, and sticking on a game pad analog stick on a side. Hi, I'm pretty new to Razer Keyboards and I've been really happy with my Blackwidow Elite. I was looking for a way to have the secondary function keys illuminated as they are pretty hard for me to see. Is there a way to so this? I've gone through the software and I don't see anything that will do this. If not can someone recommend a Razer keyboard similar to the Blackwidow Elite that has secondary function illumnination? Razer should make a split keyboard with optical reds and purples

Is there an orbweaver V2 coming or should most of us be prepared to look elsewhere for another gamepad? I only ask because the Tartarus (Pro) is a major step backwards with the addition of a scroll wheel over a button. When it can't be rebound to be anything other than a scroll wheel. Also having only 4 binds on the thumbstick with them being locked to up, down, left, right is yet another major regression from the Orbweaver. A lot of games won't let you rebind those keys to be abilities or action slot items.

Any ideas how to get this working? I tried tuning all options I could think of that are relevant and the lights are dead. They come back as soon as I log out though.

I'm sure this has been brought up 1000 times but here goes 1001. If you are going to advertise onboard profiles that should include lighting as well. There is no reason to require me to have 13 processes running just to remove this rainbow effect.

My Razer Blackwidow Chroma Tournament Edition Chroma V2 Wrist-Rest has suddenly ripped and I can't seem to find anything on their website in terms of purchasing an identical replacement. Is contacting support worth it in hopes I can purchase one directly, or is there something else I can do to get a new one?

As the title says for some reason the wireless is garbage on my Turret it will only work If the Keyboard is practically 50cm next to the wireless USB receiver. I've tried repairing it to the PC and updating the drivers etc. But the mouse works great at any range which is really strange I'm pretty stuck is their anything else I can do? Or could it be a faulty unit?

I do a lot of telecommuting so I unplug and replug, keyboard/smile, on my professional and personal PCs. I recently bought a usb switch but the keyboard was not recognized, it turned on and off right away because it seems to me that it requires more power to work. I plugged the usb switch on the power but I think the hardware is not of good quality as it hasn't changed anything. The mouse, on the other hand, worked perfectly. Just recently bought this keyboard and it's great. However one big issue I'm having is steam thinks it's a controller so it always goes into big picture mode. Is there a way to make that not happen?

When I'm playing games and I got music running in the background and I feel like decreasing it, it changes the volume on win10 main volume control instead of just spotify.
