I jusst boought this brand new dam keybooard and the dang 'o' and 's' keys have some really bad key chatter that's driving me mad. Anyone experiencing that or has a ssolutioon for it? Tried it on twoo different computers and the isssue is experienced on both computers..... The above is a typical example of what happens when I type...incredibly frustrating... Tried blowing compressed air into the switches and it didn't work. Starting to think it might be a key switch problem.

I have recently purchased the Huntsmand and am loving it! I have fallen in love with the RBG chroma and have gotten myself completely decked out in RBG in my battlestation! I loaded up Apex and was pleasantly surprised to see how the keyboard was integrated with my gameplay and was curious if anyone knows of any other games that are RBG enabled? I have Dota2 and am not quite sure how to go about the little pack I downloaded to apply RBG for Dota (as I'm brand brand new to PC) TIA !!

I need to clean my keyboard and I don't want to risk damaging the keyboard. Is their a safe way/approved method for removing the keycaps on this model?

SO first off I am on my third Tartarus in about a year since twice the joystick in one direction had turned to mush and wouldn't register, and I really didn't have a ton of playtime on either one. Across all three though, I randomly experience movement being locked in place in game for a random length of time. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the joystick again itself or with the software locking up in a sense. But anyway, it's ridiculous when you're playing competitive Overwatch and your movement gets stuck in one direction and all you can do at the most is hold the opposite direction to lock yourself in place.

Context: I'm in the market for a mechanical keyboard and I fell in love with Razer's wristrest. Currently hesitating between the BlackWidow V2 and the Elite. I'm trying to understand how the macros work on the Razer keyboards (on the ones that don't have dedicated macro keys). I understand I should be able to assign a macro to ANY key.....but then that key loses its primary function or will I have to press Fn+Key or something like that? I expect to use macros in Windows and MS Office rather than games so I will need to keep the primary function of the key as well. Hey guys! I need help... As huge Razer fan I buy only their products so my journey with Razer keyboards started with Deathstalker after which one I bought BlackWidow Elite with Orange switches (didn't wanted it to be too loud). Now when I'm used to mechanical keyboard I started doubting my decision and I'm thinking about buying Huntsman Elite. Now, Huntsman Elite have worse cable menagment and does not have USB and audio jack, but on the other hand I am thinking about more "click" switches. Greens of BlackWidow are more "lazy" then orange (50g and orange 45g - same as purple ones). On the other hand it seems that wrist rest on BW is higher and softer so that is a plus... Idk what to do anymore, please help me: Huntsman elite, BlackWidow elite (Green) or stick with my BlackWidow elite with orange switches? <3

How can I dissassemble my razer blackwidow? I know there are 4 under those sticky things but other than that I don't have a clue

Hi everyone, OK... I already know that there are other threads where this is asked but my question is a little different ... I have been buying a cynosa chroma for a couple of days and I am satisfied with my purchase From what I understand by default the "fn" button is set as hypershift key and that it is not possible to change colors when pressed ... Right? So I ask the first question: why then switch off the light of entire keyboard when pressing "fn"? I mean ... it's a contradiction! if I set in color set for my configuration why if i pressing "fn" all gone? If I can't choose the color to show when I press "fn" why not leave everything light on? visually it's easier to recognize the keys to which macros are assigned, don't you think? so ... is there a way to prevent all keys from turning off when i press hypershift? I already know that by configuring another key like "fn" this thing does not happen but I don't want to sacrifice a key when, in reality, I already have one that cann

So, a friend smacked the ke(*)board and now whenever I press the letter between x and z in the alphabet it does this: ------ 695-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And the onl(*) wa(*) to fix it is to press a f1, f2, etc. ke(*). I know its probabl(*) fucked but is there a wa(*) i might be able to fix it?

Does anyone know where to get the driver for the Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard. The driver is not available on the support portal. My keyboard suddenly died. Whenever it'd start, the lights would turn on however, this is not the case. Also when I plug in the keyboard, it loaded as a "Razer Bootloader". When I tried to plug it in on a different device, it showed up as an unknown device. Can anyone help?

i got a turret keyboard and mouse for the xbox and was wondering if i could use macros with it? i saw that it has an M and G key, but they are not referenced anywhere within the manual, and i cant seem to find any guides on them the xbox app doesnt seem to have any possibilities to define macros either any help is much appreciated, thank you!

Hello everyone, i just got my Razer Ornata Chroma and it has so many custom light options but i wanted to ask about something specific. There was an option to connect the keyboard to a game so it mimics the game sound and produces light in sync with that. I want to know if i'm able to connect my keyboard to register a youtube sound, so the lights change as the music paces up or down. If this is an actual option, please do let me know. Much appreciated!

So I took of a key of my keyboard to get the dirt out but, when I Took the key out it took the large part of it with it and I took off the large part under it. I had put it back, but I accidentally put it back flipped upside down now it is stuck there and I can't use the key and the under part of the key is stuck.

Hi Razer community, I've been using my keyboard for 4 years, and now one of the LED of key start to not synchronized with others. The problem is only at 'K' key. Please help me with solutions that will help repair this issue rather than changing/upgrading my keyboard :confused_:

In a nutshell, the keyboard still needs the Synapse not only installed but also running in the PC to record the Macro. Without the software, the Macro cannot be recorded. When will this real on-the-fly function work independently and properly?

So I am from Malaysia and I went to San Francisco and bought my Huntsman Elite from the flagship store there. After using it for almost 1 year, the wrist rest just tore suddenly (around 10 - 20 minutes prior to writing this thread) So I was wondering If It was possible for me to get a replacement for it. A few weeks ago I also started experiencing shocks from my wrist rest too, a kind of electrical one which zaps my wrist every time I rest it on the wrist rest. Anyone has a solution for these 2 problems? Futhermore I would also like to know on how to have warranty on all of my Razer products.

Hi everyone, Bought a Huntsman Elite in July of 2018, and a few months ago I've started noticing that the volume wheel is acting up in three different ways: When using it, the volume will jump up and down, no matter if I try and raise or lower the volume Instead of adjusting the level by 2 points, it'll jump by anywhere from 2 to 20 points at a shot The volume will sometimes just change by itself, when the keyboard isn't even remotely being touched Problems #1 and #2 I've had happen with different non-Razer mice in the past, and I always ended up having to purchase a new mouse. Problem #3 though is just weird. I'm thinking it might be my computer acting up, but I'd have to reinstall my OS to figure it out (I don't have another Windows computer at home for testing). My current setup is as follows: - Windows 10 Pro x64 v1809 fully patched as of time of writing - Razer Synapse v3.4.401.32710 Has anyone else experienced that issue with that keyboard ? Thanks!

Hey guys I had a quick question regarding the Orbweaver. I have mild case of cerebral palsy that affects my right side. This makes gaming (either using PC or controller) sometimes difficult. My main issue stems to singled-out movement. I can use the mouse with my right hand to navigate a PC, close tabs, loot stuff, etc. But do not have the quickness or efficiency to aim (fortnite, Cod). Can the Orbweaver thumb analog be programmed for camera movement/aim? Similar to if you used WASD for movement, and mouse for aim.
