Is there anyway to change the volume keys F1-F3 to just be on click instead of using the FN key? Another issue I was having trouble finding was getting the Forward, Play, and Rewind to work on Spotify only when I have Youtube or any other video sources open.

FiszPLwell, you can use hypershift to keep the Fx keys, but it pretty much replaces your fn with the button of choice
For the 1st - yes, just rebind F1-F3 to media keys...but you'll loose F1-F3 keys. You also could do this on another profile - Default profile F1-F12 keys active and Media profile - media keys bound to F1-F12. Sometimes media keys won't work on websites. It depends on the browser you're using.
