I thought the job involved more hands on labour~~~

like, remove the keycaps, fidget with the key switches~~~

Quite simple and easy job!

How about, cleaning the Blade keyboard?

We accidently spill things on Blade (coffee, soft drink etc); maybe a guide on how to clean the blade keyboard?
thank you
Very helpful, thanks again
You can also try using isopropyl alcohol and cleaning the switch housing around, also pouring a bit of it into the switch.

If this doesn't helps - only solder a new switch.
This actually happened to my other keyboard (not from razer), and cleaning it solved the issue, thanks great vid.
what?! KBs can have that issue?

I never could have imagined!

That speaks miles of how forward-looking and thoughtful are the troubleshooting videos from team Green!
Hope my huntsman TE doesnt bump with this issue
I am very lucky that I haven't experienced this issue for now.
Hunstman TE actuation level is too sensitive and that's why it is the easiest product happens

Because parts get worn over time, and they'll break. Sometimes electronics can be dead on arrival (and it's happening).

Why does Mercedes or BMW breaks? They're premium too.
Very helpful video ! Thank you and keep it up RAZER !
Nice tutorial!
It would deffo be a shame if our keyboards stopped working 😞
I hope I won't need it, but thanks.
Thanks Razer!
Is it just me or is the smell of isopropyl like a G&T trigger for folks?

Yes please! We need an official guide on dealing with potential liquid damage!
Oh yeah, that's a common issue. Glad there's an official fix for it. But what if it doesnt work?

This does not deal with the most important issue : The inability to access the "@" key.

My brand new Pro 17 arrived with an inability to access @, which prevents anyone from putting in an email address. CS was worse than useless and the supervisor worse, I only fixed the problem by spending hours going through #razer complaints to fix it. The "British" keyboard reaches @ by hitting Shift and the " key. No one at #razer claimed to know about the problem which makes them worse than useless. CS was rude and did NOT GET BACK TO ME AS I ASKED THEM.

THIS LEVEL OF FAILURE MAKES ME FEAR GREATLY.
need hardware fix guide
