You can only pick one and the rest are gone forever.

  • Mechanical Switches
  • Chroma
  • Programmable Keys
  • Ten Keypad

More importantly, why? The fate of keyboards is in your hands!

Toaster, cause you can't use a keyboard without getting your fill of good old toasty goodness. See that gif up there? You don't want to be that guy, I bet he didn't get his toast for that day. Sad.

This is day 9234 of asking for Razer toaster... OH WAIT WHAT IF THEY RELEASE IT DURING RAZER-CON

imma go with programmable keys! F- chroma and tenkey!!

Yeah, but then you would also have to F - mechanical keys, and have to use membrane keys then.

I would have to choose Razer Opto-mechanical switches because they are the best switches out there and are technically Opto-"mechanical" switches. So basically Mechanical switches.

At first glance when I red this post I thought that mechanical was the only possible answer.

That was until I saw the ten key part.
Will it be for work or private life, I can't live without this right end of my keyboards.

I make a lot of maths so they're priceless and IG I put some shortcuts that are easily recognizable.

1 obviously...Fanctionality and comfort over style like old days when we use to have mech keyboards only without be able to create macros and no light of course 😛

I'll really stick on with the mechanical keyboard cannot leave it anywhere. Because with mechanical keyboard comes big gaming sound:big_grin_: effects.
.Surf.
Hard choice, i like the mechanical switches but also the chroma. Those two wont work separate.

Agreed with you

Chroma obviously
Ten Keypad - I may be old but for me the keyboard that does not have them looks incomplete. Besides I'm using them quite often and would be hard for me to give up on them.

Mechanical switches would be on the second place
The rest is just aesthetics

That is just my humble opinion and probably many would disagree with me.

I totally agree!

However, I haven't tried optical switches. They seem like the replacement for mechanical afaik :big_grin_:

Mechanical switches: Because I can't imagine going back to a mushy membrane (even though my Cherry MX Blue switches are loud).

I totally agree!

Look how far back that monitor was sitting on the PC. It was a setup!
I'm all about the Ten Keypad.
I've always used Ten Keypad and my hands naturally go there when I have to type numbers. It's like muscle memory that can't be shaken off that easily.

Chroma forever !
Userlevel 7
Give me Chroma and take my life!
Simple as that. I've said it to Splinxes on a stream and I'll say it again, you guys have the best lighting effects by far!

However, no gamer can go without his linear mechanical switches. So I think I'm gonna have to save two from been gone forever. The mech keys and the Chroma.
Userlevel 7
Mechanical switches would be the top pick, but i think others work well together.
Userlevel 7
I'd have to say the the non-exciting numpad sadly... I don't use it at all for gaming but at work it's so easy to type numbers without looking that it'd drive me crazy to not have it.

Chroma for now, however maybe soon to be Mechanical Switches, when I get a Blackwidow 😉.

HANDS DOWN Mechanical switches! Mechanical switches have the upper hand if you ask me. Keystroke sensitivity, travel distance, the click-clack sound it makes that helps me get hyped up when i play or keeps me focused when typing something work related. Chroma is cool and all but it's not essential in line of work. As for the programmable keys, well, it's nice to have that option, but honestly you can make do without. I can also give up Ten Keypad because I've always been a laptop user and I've had a laptop without one and it's not that big of a deal really.Funny thing is, my top 2 most
