You can only pick one and the rest are gone forever.

  • Mechanical Switches
  • Chroma
  • Programmable Keys
  • Ten Keypad

More importantly, why? The fate of keyboards is in your hands!

Toaster, cause you can't use a keyboard without getting your fill of good old toasty goodness. See that gif up there? You don't want to be that guy, I bet he didn't get his toast for that day. Sad.

5. Ultra slim keyboard with low profile keys that are super accurate, comfortable and silent. 😍

  • Mechanical Switches

I prefer a flatter keystroke with Mechanical Switches applied. Often in a shooting game, there was an advantage for shorter key travel than traditional keyboards.

Chroma perhaps the most important for me.

In my experience, most fancy keyboards are more or less the same. A few years ago I am still using the office's use keyboard for gaming and I could still perform adequately.

But the style for gaming keyboard is one of the gaming experiences and Chroma is for my personal satisfaction.

I really like the trying feel of mechanical switches !!
Green or purple are the best so far. The only backside is the purple switches are so much expensive....

I choose mech switches. Why, I guess the rest are more for aesthetics.

Chroma - Just purely keyboard lights. It's just a "nice to have" and does not give any additional attributes when playing games.
Programmable Keys - For me again, it's just a "nice to have". Workarounds can be done.
Ten Keypad - This one is hard. I do love my Ten Keypad but some can live using their TKL's keyboards, right?

So why I choose mechanical switches? I love working with them. I can feel my keystrokes. The sounds that it produces when typing looooooong office works creates harmony. My fingers does not hurt when typing long. Very responsive keystrokes when playing. For me it has more benefits compares on the other choices 😉

mechanical switches! no questions asked!

Hard choice, i like the mechanical switches but also the chroma. Those two wont work separate.

Mechanical Switches are a no-brainer!
there is no other factor that wil influence your typing experience as much as the travel distance and the comfort/satisfacton with every keypress.
I've had experience with 60% keyboards so I'm used to no numpad nad no programmabe keys.
The chroma would hurt a little but you could compensate with a DIY solution!

mechanical switches of course,
cause we can feel it
HANDS DOWN Mechanical switches! Mechanical switches have the upper hand if you ask me. Keystroke sensitivity, travel distance, the click-clack sound it makes that helps me get hyped up when i play or keeps me focused when typing something work related. Chroma is cool and all but it's not essential in line of work. As for the programmable keys, well, it's nice to have that option, but honestly you can make do without. I can also give up Ten Keypad because I've always been a laptop user and I've had a laptop without one and it's not that big of a deal really.Funny thing is, my top 2 most
I'm all about the Ten Keypad.
I've always used Ten Keypad and my hands naturally go there when I have to type numbers. It's like muscle memory that can't be shaken off that easily.

At first glance when I red this post I thought that mechanical was the only possible answer.

That was until I saw the ten key part.
Will it be for work or private life, I can't live without this right end of my keyboards.

I make a lot of maths so they're priceless and IG I put some shortcuts that are easily recognizable.

Hello friends,

I choose Razer Chroma.

The choice is easy because the Razer Huntsman optical switches is better than obsolete mechanical switches technology. ^ _ ^

I'd have to say the the non-exciting numpad sadly... I don't use it at all for gaming but at work it's so easy to type numbers without looking that it'd drive me crazy to not have it.

Look how far back that monitor was sitting on the PC. It was a setup!
Ten Keypad - I may be old but for me the keyboard that does not have them looks incomplete. Besides I'm using them quite often and would be hard for me to give up on them.

Mechanical switches would be on the second place
The rest is just aesthetics

That is just my humble opinion and probably many would disagree with me.

mechanical switches!

Mechanical switches: Because I can't imagine going back to a mushy membrane (even though my Cherry MX Blue switches are loud).
