My Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse is not charging whether I put it on my cleaned Razor dock or if I plug the mouse directly into the pc with the usb cable. My Synapse software says its charging with the flashing lightening bolt next to it but the percentage charge for the mouse never goes up. That number only goes down. I have done ALL THE THINGS recommended to try to fix the issue. Nothing is working. Drivers are updated. Tried to charge with the mouse turned off. restarted software, cleaned connections. updated everything I possible could on my PC. What the hell Razor.

I would love the poop out of this mouse as I suffer from RSI in my right hand and shoulder. I understand this may not be cost effective approach, but there are some like me who have a need for it.  Thanks for hearing me out.

Hi, im Peter and just lost the dongle for my pro click mini after going to a cafe. When searching for two hours review nothing, i decided to buy a replacement one but i couldnt find anyone selling it. 

Im gonna buy the razer viper v2 pro and i also want to use the 8k hz but idk if i need to buy a dongle because it loks like one is already with the mouse can somone hlep pls

Hey there, So my Basilisk V3 stopped working poroperly (it keeps turning on an off) and i was sure it is a hardware issue. So I got myself a new Basilisk V3 which cant be synchronised properly. The Lightning and most keys can be remapped as intended, however not button 5 and 6. I managed to get my old one running for a moment and its buttons worked just fine.I also relized that the device manager only labels the mouse as comfort mouse and not as Basilisk V3 as it did with my old one. I checked by turning off Synapse or using the mice with another device, apparently the internal storage seems to work, since i can use the remapped buttons on my laptop or my PC wihtout having Synapse running. Which makes me think this is a Software issue regarding Synapse. Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution? Kind Regards and thanks in advance

Hello to whoever is reading this, I recently bought myself a razer deathadder v3 pro faker edition and I’ve had a few problems with it. My first problem is that my scroll wheel makes some weird noises if I scroll a few times. I haven’t noticed any problems that contribute to this problem while gaming but if I spend $170 on a mouse I would most likely expect the scroll wheel to make normal scroll wheel sounds. My second problem is my mouse button. Specifically the left one. I feel like when I’m pressing down slightly so I don’t complete a full click I feel a “pre-click”. This so call pre-click in my scenario is a tactile bump when I’m slightly clicking down on my mouse. I hope someone is reading this and can support me cause I don’t know what to do. My friend said this was just the shape of the razer deathadder v3 and it was perfectly normal but I would like to make sure.

I have been using the Basilisk Ultimate for more than three years and I admit that it is a very good mouse and I love using it, but since 2023 I have this problem when using it: the mouse will suddenly disconnect and after 1-2 minutes it will reconnect to my computer, or it will not connect( This is manifested by the chroma light effect on the mouse suddenly going out, and the mouse cannot control the computer's cursor ), I need to turn the mouse back on or off or reseat the 2.4G receiver, and sometimes I can see the mouse displayed in the driver in synapse, but I can't control the mouse through synapse (at this time, synapse shows that the mouse battery is 0%). Hello there, I was planning on buy the new Basilisk V3 Pro wireless mouse. I was wondering if there was a razer mat that charges the mouse while gaming, like the Logitech G Powerplay. If not, is it possible to use the Basilisk V3 Pro wireless mouse on the Logitech G Powerplay and will it charge?

So I was calibrating my mouse’s dpi to my brother laptop then suddenly my mouse was blinking white and the cursor wasn’t moving so check the battery it’s was at 45% but it the .the dongle ( I tried my brother’s mice’s dongle with receiver it was was working  with his mice(dongle) but not with mine(dongle)I also read some where that people’s dongles dying,  might’ve it  died on me can’t,  have use a wireless mouse wired now and what is the point  of buying a wireless mouse if it’s dongle dies suddenly,  and I’m out of warranty so can’t go back for a refund or exchange I used this mouse for a year and 4 months now if it could can get a replacement 

When my laptop turn off the screen, I try to turn on the screen by moving my mouse(Viper Ultimate), but nothing happened, I cannot weak-up the screen, and the mouse will stop working for 1 minutes. This happened only when the screen just turn off and I move the mouse (be more precise: when screen turn off, wait about 3 seconds, and move the mouse). The mouse will wait about 1 minutes and then start working. Also if I re-plug in the USB dongle, the mouse will start working immediatly.But if the computer has turn off the screen for a longer time, the mouse can work if I move it.When this bug happened, I check the Synapse about the status of the mouse. The Synapse can detect the mouse, but shows 0% battery, where I have just fully charge it. 

I have an Orochi v2 mouse. But the dongle has not been working for a couple of weeks now. I have been looking for a replacement dongle, but I couldn’t find any. I would like to buy the same dongle for a white Orochi v2 if available.

Can I program shortcuts that are specific to programs lie Excel and PowerPoint?

I’ve had this mouse for over a year and it hasn’t stopped working, until I unplugged it from charging one day and now whenever the dongle is plugged in it just connects and disconnects non stop every 2 seconds. It makes the windows disconnect/connect sound every time. I tried it on another computer without synapse or anything and it still does the same thing. I can’t update the firmware because it requires the dongle to be in but it won’t stay connected long enough to update. Anyone have ideas? Thanks

I have Razer RZ01-03850100-R3M1 Deathadder Essential model. I should adjust my mouse dpi but my Razer Synapse application never see my mouse. My mouse is work really very good but i cant change dpi. I am waiting for your support.

Just today 4/7/24 I noticed that my track pad no longer works at all.  I had just used the track pad on 4/5/24 with no issues whatsoever.  I am able to hear the click the track pad makes, but it does not do anything.  I can also not move the cursor unless I use a wireless mouse.

I am trying to download the v1.07.00_r1 firmware update. I was able to do the first stage which was updating through the wireless dongle but when trying to “Connect the mouse you your PC with the supplied USB cable”, the “UPDATE” button will not light green. I am using the supplied USB cable and I have tried every iteration I could, from restarting the updater to using different USB ports for both the dongle and the wire. How do I resolve this issue?My RVU has been having battery issues. This isn’t the first time either. It’s not charging above 3% and dies near instantly after being off charge. Hoping this firmware update fixes it.

My Viper v2 pro suddenly stop working and it wont be detected by any Laptop/PC , It wont detect clicking and Mouse movements even when it’s been plugged in by wired the only thing it can do it charging. Please help me find the solution

Hey, so I just recently purchased the Viper V2 pro wireless gaming mouse, and I have a question about the battery protection. As most moderen technological devices, battery protections are seen everywhere. I am curious of if the the Viper V2 pro wireless has such a thing or if the Razer SYNAPSE has one. 

Is this mouse still available anywhere? I can’t seem to find it anywhere in the store. There are only a couple out there on Ebay with ridiculous prices. I NEED a good left-handed gaming mouse!!
