Mice and Surfaces

I'm planning to buy this mouse, because my previous mouse couldn't store some macros on the onboard memory. So, can this mouse save macros on the onboard memory? and can the saved macro be used on a different computer (those without Synapse)?

So about a week ago ive purchased a new Razer Orochi v2 and from the beginning of the usage, I have troubles with phantom clicks. For example, if i flick while playing a game it auto shoots or just when i want to turn it just shoots or opens the scope (problem is on both on right and left mouse button). Tried cleaning the buttons, cahnged the battery, used it on a different pc, issue still exists. And also while bunnyhoping in valorant it also auto attacks. I think that the problem is in the wheel, maybe someone has also experienced the same trouble.

Is there any way to replace rubber surfaces on side of mouse (where thumb and pinky finger sit). Thanks

Currently have an older Naga Chroma mouse but the rest of my setup is quartz edition. I really wish Razer would think about releasing a Naga mouse in Quartz! It's such a great MMO mouse and its very hard to find any other mice in the same colour that compare to it. The current available quartz mice aren't really suitable/as compatible with mmos, especially though that are used to numbered mice! Anyone else feel the same way? I'd even pay extra for a one off custom at this point haha

Hello. I am currently weighing up 2 options for getting a new Razer mouse, but I'm torn between the Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed and Razer Basilisk V3. Besides the obvious - wired & RGB vs wireless & no RGB - can anyone help me with their own experience? I'm looking for both strong points and weak points. Not interested in other mice, for the sake of a straightforward topic.

I have the Razer DeathAdder 2013 that I purchased many years ago - it was in storage until recently and I decided to use it on my X99 rig. The problem is that on my X99 rig, I am running Win 10 Pro and Razer Synapse 2 - which is meant for the DeathAdder 2013 doesn't work - only the latest Synapse 3 which is full of bloatware etc. works. I've installed both Synapse 2 and 3 to test but I am not able to adjust the DPI on the mouse! The DPI is set to very high (9000 DPI?) and it's almost impossible to use normally. How do I reduce the DPI (or adjust it) without Synapse or how do I make Synapse 2 work so that I can adjust the settings on the mouse?

After firmware update via DeathAdder V2 Pro_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v2.03.00_r1.exe, for my mouse a RZ01-03350100, the scroll wheel button no longer works. I downloaded the Synapse software but see no way to test or fix this issue. The left and right buttons and scroll up and down work, but not the scroll button, I can't tell if mouse button 4 and 5 are working. I tried a few on-line mouse button test pages neither the scroll button or mouse buttons 4 and 5 show as working. Any better way to test? Is there a way to down grade the firmware to fix the issue? The mouse is only a few months old from Amazon, July 2022 from the Razer Store.

Am I supposed to have 4000Hz polling rate by default w/o using the additional 4000Hz hyper polling dongle with the new deathadder v3 pro? I'm getting 4000Hz (peak 5010Hz) in both wired and wireless mode. I am not sure what polling rate I was reporting before the latest firmware update, but I am getting 4000Hz now. Synapse has never been installed and using 1600dpi profile. I was about to pre-order the additional hyper polling dongle last night but after checking my polling rate using Benq's checker its shows 4000Hz as well as various other checkers online so I am confused what is going on here.

Before anyone calls me a troll, I've been using Razer mice since the Diamondback, back in the early 2000s. From there I had various iterations of the Deathadder..... from the original, then the Elite, Essential. Then the Basilisk, the V2, the Ultimate, and the V3. I've had a crap ton of issues with the Basilisk. I've had to basically RMA the V1, V2 and V3, sometimes more than once. It's always tracking issues or clicking / button issues. All these mice have gone through regular use. I've not abused any of them. But the latest issue with the Scroll Toggle Button on an RMA'ed V3 (yes, it was replaced only a month ago) has seriously tempted me to simply just take a hammer.... smash the mouse to pieces, and just go use another brand. The Logitech G502x comes to mind. Maybe the Glorious Model I .... since I love the shape. I'm at my wits end having to RMA every mouse I've recently purchased from Razer, sometimes more than once, for what I perceive to be build quality issues. And then

Hello, I come to ask for your help regarding a device. The Razer induction mouse pad and its mouse: The Razer "Mamba Hyperflux" and the "Firefly" pad (1st version). For some time my mouse has failed (the pointer has no problem but when I keep pressing Left Click, it very often loses its lock. So I lose my selection and have to start over several times to in a row before finally succeeding in moving a document or making a selection). It's not really a problem because I told myself that I would just have to buy a mouse (Mamba Hyperflux). Little did I know that after a long search on the internet, I would never find the possibility of buying only the mouse. This is only the complete bundle (mouse + mat). Hello! Just a really quick question about the functionality of the middle mouse button of the Viper Pro WTVR. On the Logitech G903 Lightspeed, the middle mouse button can be moved both to the left and right, allowing it to be used as two extra buttons that can be used for keybinding in both games and their GHUB software. I was wondering if the Viper Pro WTVR has the same functionality. Does it? Thanks in advance for the response!

Can I transfer the profiles easily, or will I have to redo them for the new mouse? Bonus question: Currently, I pair my mouse and keyboard with one wireless thingy. If I get the new charging dock, can I also pair my keyboard with it?

Hi, I've had my mouse for a few years but recently I have started to notice more issues with not clicking and not holding a click consistently. It has had an issue of double clicking when I click once for a while but the other 2 are newer. Is there any fix or is it time to replace the mouse?

When I move the mouse the cursor on screen sometimes moves and sometimes don't and sometimes it moves a little bit when I try to move it further I just bought this mouse and I don't know what to do I tried different USB ports and I tried reinstalling the drivers and it don't move right if someone can help guid me in the right way to fixing this issue I'll appreciate it

Mouse was working great then one day just stopped. Lights on mouse are on but I can't click or move the mouse. And can't keep it working long enough to do anything. Razer Synapse and Central are up to date. Any suggestions?

i remember that i used to play with a knockoff razer diamondback way back in the day (called ecobra libre 2 pro) and was wondering if there is something that razer offers nowadays that is as close to the diamondback shape wise i currently also own a razer orochi v2 and recently also bought a razer viper mini for on the road but still end up using my g305 as a main since i cant get used to either as my main gaming mouse thanks in advance :)

Hi, I have viper 4 days old... At start worked, battery died fast... When charging had sam issue... It fall down ti 0% And now when i connect it over dock or direct with usb, it blinks purple like twices and nothing happens. In app it shows like its charging but always at 0%. It doesnt blink or gives some light :) Any idea? Tnx

I've set up a AutoRun and AutoRunStop macros for those games that doesn't support that feature and it works perfectly, one button each on my mouse. But is there any way to have them both on the same button, maybe with some modifier key like Shift? Press it for AutoRun and Shift+press for the AutoRunStop macro?

I recently bought a Basilisk v3 pro and for some reason it won't charge more than 50% and it won't turn on for bluetooth or 2.4. I already tried installing the firmware and it still won't work wireless.

i installed the razer viper ultimate on my pc but am experiencing a huge fps drop. Is there a solution so that I can still keep this mouse?

I have a problem with this mouse, while i'm using it the mouse doesn't respond for 2-20 seconds. It happens everday but i dont get why this happens. I may be making some homework i need to move the mouse to see something and it dont respond or i may be playing and can't do nothing because the mouse doesn't want to anything. I tried installing al new drivers, playing without razer synapse opened, cleaning it, using the dongle or using bluetooth and it always happens!!! It's important to say that while it happens the mouse doesn't shotdown, it's still with the lights on but not responding to the movement or to any kind of "order". So i like to know if there is any solution out there or my mouse came with problems. I don't really have any video of this because i should record everything in the computer untill it happens. But if it neccesary i'll try to get a video of it. Sorry for the poor english.

Just bought The V2 pro and immediately felt something wrong when moving it around. Used an online polling rate checker and it is stuck at 100 hz, My pulsar X2 works fine at 1000 hz. I've updated the firmware and the synapse settings won't change the polling rate. Any one else with this issue have a fix?
