Hey there, Recently purchased a Razer Viper mouse and was wondering how I could program one of my side buttons to be used as a 'back' button?! I've gone through every function in their software but can't find where I could program it to be a back button for when im web browsing or going through folders within windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I was disappointed to learn by a Razer customer service rep that the Goliathus Speed Cosmic isn't the same thing as the Goliathus Speed Terra (not only looks) and that the Terra surface was discontinued. I know several pro gamers who were using it and I think it's sad to discontinue products that players have come to trust. I tried the Cosmic myself and found it different as well. Is there anything closer to the Terra? Could the Razer Gigantus be a good choice?

I tried to bind my mouse button 5 to a hotkey in Cod MW but it would bind mouse button 4, i tried to reset everything in synapse still had issues, i tried too play a different game and had the same issue so i think it has something to do with my mouse.

I'm looking to getting my hands on a Mamba Hyperflux but there's ONE piece of info about the mouse I can't seem to find anywhere (believe me I looked): What is the main material used on the mouse's chassis? I ask this because I owned a mamba before, one of the first iterations of the mouse actually, and the surface material was really BAD. It was made out of this rubbery substance that gets dirty and sticky really easily. I nowadays use an Ouroboros and its material is textured plastic which I do love. Anyone here owning a Mamba Hyperflux can tell me what the mouse is made of? Amazingly, No reviews or information on the Razer website ever mentions this.

I just bought the Viper. I love how it feels. When I put it in turbo mode, it has an amazing click rate. This works great in PVP battles. But when I play bedwars, it is hard to break stuff. Any suggestions?

I recently purchased the razer deathadder essential because its design perfectly fits my palm but i can't get it to power up or work i have tried razor syanpse 2 and 3 and i have it registered am i missing something????

Hello, unfortunately iam not able to find the DPI Clutch of my Basilisk. Iam running the "standrd" Basilisk, not the V2, not the Essential. Searched quiet a lot but havent found any store/shop to buy this little switch. I´ve also called Razer Support, but because of corona etc they havent any parts for my basilisk in stock at the moment. Second question: Does the DPI Clutch of the V2 and/or Essential fit with my model or has any model its own dimensions? anyone who doesnt need the Swtich and could send it to me? Thanks a lot!

Hi. I just bought razer Atheris bluetooth mouse. how can I setup the mouse to be used in both windows and ubuntu? right now, it only works in one operating system. i.e. If I pair in windows then it stops working in ubuntu and vice versa. thanks.

Hello everyone! I recently got my first ever Razer product, and was loving it till I got this recent issue... When I press my mouse down on the mouse-pad, pressing it on the right side makes this weird cracking sound and plastic separation is visible on the left top side above the b ottom mouse feet, and when pressed on there I get the same cracking sound... This has been noticeable in games and I hate the feel I get when I turn on the right side, it's the most noticeable then... And no, the mouse has been taken care of very good, I was being extra careful not to hit it while raging and so far I have done a good job, I have not ever hit the mouse anywhere, not even smacked it on the table, it just started happening out of nowhere. I have been putting it under heavy use since I got it, since the current crisis hasn't allowed me to leave my house for a while, I have been spending my days with my Laptop. Is this fixable, could it be a loose screw? Should I try and tighten the screw or?

Been using this product for some months or more. Suddenly the led frame starts to curve. The mousepad is not flat anymore. I have tried their demo video for hours. And I have put books on top of it for 2 days, and still, no change. What should I do next?

I am having problem with my mouse of 2< years. It intermittently disconnects if the wire on the mouse is getting pulled. Does anyone know how to fix the wire? Replacement? Store to go to? This is especially annoying on FPS games where it randomly disconnects as I need to flick the mouse while aiming. I have a Deathadder Elite and I have Razer Synapse installed so I can adjust the sensitivity stages and the lighting. If I set up two sensitivity stages on the software on a laptop, will those stages save on the mouse or only on the computer. If I plugged in my mouse to my Playstation would I still have those sensitivity stages?

What is Razor's mouse that is similar to the G502 Proteus Core. With the condition that it has RGB. Looking to upgrade my 5 year old G502 Proteus Core.

So, I'm in the market for a wireless mouse. BTW, my hands are on the small/medium side (for a guy). They are a bit wider for their length. Right now, I use a Corsair Katar wired mouse. It is a very short, wide, high mouse, with vertical sides, for a claw grip. I use a fingertip grip, with my wrist resting on the mousepad. (sometimes I'll fall into a claw grip) So I bought a Corsair Harpoon. Excellent mouse...but something is wrong ergonomically. It's narrower than my current mouse, and there is a VERY weird angle on the sides...my pinky feels pretty strained after playing. as a side note, my current mouse is ambidextrous and feels great, and the Harpoon is right handed and "ergonomic" and is not making my fingers happy. I've been looking at the Viper Ultimate. Will this work with a fingertip grip if my hand is around 7" long? How does the Viper Ultimate feel ergonomically? ( know it's ambidextrous but that does always matter...my current mouse is a great example) any other s
