Mice and Surfaces

hi, i have viper ultimate and basilisk ultimate. they both are connected to my desktop, and only one charging dock is recognized on synapse. i cant change RGB color on second charging dock, and even the charging state won't show when 2 mice are put on the docks. Only one dock works properly... Does anyone know how to fix this? or do i have wait for RAZER to update SYNAPSE?

just bought this mouse to replace my aging DeathAdder 3500dpi. Just installed Synapse 3 and I cannot adjust sensivity independently for the x and y axis. Is this intended?

Can anyone who has used a Basilisk X Hyperspeed confirm whether it has the same 'soft touch'/rubberized coating as the high-end Razer mice? Product photos make it look like it has a rougher plastic texture. My old Mamba (2012 model) had a rubberized coating which was great at the time, but after several years the rubber became sticky to touch and started to peel off. Same thing happened to my Orochi - it still works but its kinda gross to hold in your hand.

I am a mac catalina user and three days ago I started my deathadder with a double click on the right side, check and they say that it is because of a failure in the razer app how true will it be? I know but the truth is it is annoying to have to buy a product and it comes defective for abc reason and especially for mac users, I have been in razer for 10 years with your products please do not disappoint me in this 2020 of terror

I noticed that there is a new "Ultimate" Series, which consists of the Viper Ultimate and Basilisk Ultimate so far. I am wondering if there are any plans of a Naga Ultimate or perhaps even a Naga Hyperflux to continue the "Wireless Power" tech line to include an MMO mouse with 12 programmable buttons on the side? I currently have the Razer Naga Epic Chroma, which I love and have had and used reliably now since around 2015. Unfortunately the LEDs are all wonky so I just keep them turned off. The mouse is starting to see some performance issues as far as sometimes not registering movement properly but overall still working well enough to play. I am looking to get a new one but since the "Epic Chroma" version has been discontinued the peer to peer market is the only option. The prices are extremely high (250-300 USD) so it is difficult to rationalize purchasing. I was wondering if there was a lighting profile for wireless mice that will glow based off battery life... Green 100%.. Yellow 50%... Red 10% and it kind of just slow changes color as the battery life runs lower.

Hi folks, I Bought the Classic Naga MMO mouse back in 2011 and it quickly became my favourite mouse, unfortunately it went the way of the dodo and I instantly replaced it with the 2014 edition Naga MMO some years later. I have a dodgy rotator cuff in my mouse shoulder so mouse shape is very important to me and I found that I couldn't use the 2014 edition for prolonged periods of time without significant discomfort due to the change in shape. I've been subsisting off a collection of Naga Hex Moba mice I managed to scrounge up, but would really love to have the 12 buttons of the MMO back. Do any of your fine selves know if the Trinity is based on the 2014 shape or the Classic, or even something new? Thanks in advance, Sneevus

Hey Readers, I bought a Deathadder v2 and it's not recognized by my motherboard when I power up my pc. I constantly have to unplug it or else I get a black screen and a B4 error. Also on my mac Synapse 2.0 is not seeing it at all. PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE. I want to mention that i've tried clean uninstalls, settings in bios regarding APM configs and ErP ready > Disabled but to no avail. Is the mouse faulty or did razer make this one a pain in the neck?

I have long been looking for a solution to the problem, but could not find anywhere. The problem is that I cannot configure dpi. when I change the dpi slider it changes speed only along the X axis. in wireless mode, it changes only the Y axis. please help solve this issue

I have trouble getting the mike to work plus they keep signing themselves out during game and then back in. It does it when plugged in and when it is fully charged and not plugged in. Any help would be much appreciated. ( I have had the mike work once in call of duty)

Ive used Razer Lachesis from 2010 - 2012 (weird grip, had to replace) Steelseries sensei from 2012 - 2017 (ideal but slightly large fit for my hand) Razer lancehead bought in 2017 (thumb button issue) Zowie FK2 Middle Size 2017 - current (ideal) My zowie is having double clicking issues and I have to buy a new mouse. Im looking to buy a Viper wired, but i have concerns with the thumb button. I bought lancehead few years ago, grip was really great, but the thumb button was too small and curved up and under to use it, i had to give it to my brother. I use thumb button1 for jump, so its very critical. The thumb buttons on sensei and FK2 are perfect for me, and by looking at vipers pictures, it looks the same. But can anyone tell me how is the button really like in viper, ive seen a few reviews and they say is not too prominent to negate the right side accidental clicks.

Hi i just bought a razer viper ultimate at best buy about to leave now to go pick it up but before i leave i was just wondering if the viper ultimate has any issues with being next to a wireless router? i have my Router on the desk right next to my mouse and i forgot to check into that before i actually purchased the mouse if anyone can give me a heads up before i go out to go pick it up let me know so i can just get a return on bestbuy.com Thanks!

Plugged in the mouse to windows10 and it lit up with different colours for the wheel and logo. I wanted to change the static colours so installed the latest Synapse and set both to green. Yet when exoting the software they both turn PINK !?. The mouse is clearly remembering colours as has remembered two before my eyes. My Corsair Icue software on another PC allows me to store static colours directly on my keyboard and is a great feature. Where is this option in Razer Synapse ???, or when is the update coming out ? So my mouse started to make the plug in and plug out noise i went to check but nothing is wrong so once i looked and i saw razer synapse openning and then he closed that is making my mouse stop and as you could imagine that is kinda bad during gaming . If anyone can hhelp i'd be apreciated thanks
