Rox598You have wave, but it doesn’t wave like the firefly. The entire mat is only one color at one time, so you do not have different segments of leds. When you set chroma to wave it cycles through the spectrum super fast. It’s still cool, but I wouldn’t call it a wave.
Wait there's no proper "Wave" settings? I was looking out for the extended but no wave option kills it

Wave doesn't "wave", it's basically just very fast spectrum cycling, but it is still cool. Finally got some pics.
Zorn_Yeah, when this was first announced i thought it was "full" Chroma and now i am little bit disappointed about this but as my current SteelSeries mat is nearing its end i will get the extended version of this when it comes (When does it come?!). I was wondering why the price was so low compared to Firefly, now i know :]
While it's a little disappointing that the LEDs are not separate like on the Firefly, I do like it better how the ring around this is more visible. With the Firefly, it's more of an "underlighting" type of effect, whereas with this one, it's going right around and is easy to see.
