I use this mouse mat for a long time and i dont any issue with it The only down side is cleaning it from dust.
Mayby in few months we see something new but for now i dont think anything new will show up.
I have a few issues though
-Im conserned about the waves/not staying flat. Can this be solved by putting double edged tape at the bottom of the mouse mat ? or is this not recommended.
-The black pattern is a bit boring, previous razer mouse mats had atleast cool logo's on it, any chance razer will release a new/improved edition soon ?

I checked the packages in the supermarket - it seems the smaller version does feature the clip whereas the extended version does not have the clip. This is just a guess tough as based on the produckt images on the packages. I do not actually own a goliatus chroma.
I have taken the Goliathus Chroma but... my version don't have the cable catch on the top left. My version is plain... there are two versions??
It doesnt have zones so the chroma functionality is not nearly as good. We need an extended firefly tbh
First you use synapse 3 ? and second thing you try connect mousepad to difrent pc and see if the issue is also there ?
tried removing all software and reinstalling it and no changes, there is no way in the synapse SW that allows you to manually scan for new hardware.. what can i do ? guessing i gotta send it back?
DOA on a product is no a good start, i own so many of your products but the reliability and now this is really making me rethink my next purchases.
opened mine up today and no lighting and not being picked up by any synapse SW. totally new rig and no way to get this thing to work..

I can say you this this is not a common issue with this so dont worry if you get issue you always can return and later send to warranty but i dont think you will get any problem with this mousepad.
I have had mine for a few months now and had no issues with it. I like it.
Send to warranty or if you can replace in store where you buy it. I use the same mousepad for months and first time i see something like that.
there is no way to fix it and is a common problem. Here is the video I sent to Razer and they said that I
cant fix it. Sorry to say that :(
