Literally ONE day after my 1 year warranty ended, my usb port has started to fail on my much beloved well taken care of Satin version. (it ended yesterday, I am in USA we only get 1 year) On top of that, LITERALLY, today is the day my magnetic usb cables are due to arrive. How's that for bad timing?! I kept my usb port and corresponding cable ports clean. Used wireless charging as much as possible, but didn't really help. Not that it was very good anyways, it's too slow to be of any real use except for overnight. (I use official og wireless charger) I have to now hold my cable in a special position to get it to work. Fast charge still works. I've tried, on the advice throughout the web, different cables and even a brand new RAZER cable. The RAZER cables in general seem to be of poor design, and fail after a bit. Unfortunately, for me it's not the cables. Even my usb to HDMI adapter has cuts in and out now. I honestly thought my battery would go first, as I'm such a heavy gamer

I have been looking at the uPerfect and NexDock hardware to pair with a Samsung Note 21... I ran across a mention in one article about Project Linda. The author said that this was a Razer item but didn't know what happened to it - but he thought the concept was good because it included a dock for the phone, unlike either of the others above. Anyone know what happened to this or if it even ever existed (if not from Razer... maybe someone else?)?

With the newest version of the cortex mobile app came further tracking of paid to play apps and data. However, I have been experiencing an issue after updating the app where I would start the game from within Cortex Mobile and it would start timing and then immediately stop. It would state that the session was interrupted when I didn't even touch the game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game in question and cortex Mobile; it seems to persist with every paid to play game I've tried. I've tried clearing the app's cache and restarting the phone; nothing has fixed the issue? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a fix for the solution?

I just got this phone replacement directly from Razer because the other phone had an issue. I have it for a week and already im having problems.. The screen just randomly went black. I did research and people are saying to hold the power button and volume +. That works, itll show the razer logo and then itll goto the recovery mode menu. I can see that menu. Right now its black and I can hear the clicking noise it makes when you turn the screen off as I touch the power button. Its as if the screen doesnt work unless im in recovery mode when i hold power and volume +. I have done a factory reset from the recovery menu. Wiping out all the data in the phone. Eventually screen started working but its STILL messed up. It is very glitchy. Ill try getting pictures. But i would swipe and id see portions of a previous screen blinking in and out. And then suddenly the screen went black again and im back to square one.

Hi there, I have a Razer Phone 2 and the latest Xbox app installed. When I try to remote play from my Series X console to my RP2, the notification bar does not hide and the navigation bar creates black bars around the streaming area (even though it auto-hides). This only happens specifically with the Xbox app, the other streaming apps (e.g. Steam Link, Moonlight, PS4 remote play) work as they should be, covering the screen from edge to edge. I have tried re-installing the Xbox app, installing older versions, resetting the phone and I even tried force-hiding the bars with third-party Android apps, nothing worked. Even the MS support couldn't find me a solution. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

It is not about a flagship phone. With the recent trend taken by Google and other "subbrand" and the appeal of masses (and in an extent the new razer book), I believe a Razer Phone 3 would still be pertinent. As a comparison, we could note that Sony, while being one of the worst division is still making phones, and they are damn good for their niches, video fans. But they are also damn expensive. A RP3, could still be, for the gamer niche. But with less "flagship" gimmicks, which should drive the cost down, ease the support and lower the number of parts that can break. For instance, no speaker is needed. With all the in-ear, over-ear units available, wired or wireless, having speakers on the phone other than the one needed for when you call is not pertinent. Therefor you gain either screen space or battery size opportunity. And one less component prone to fail. The camera race. While the human eye can only perceived 16MP-ish, I'm still wondering what this MP race is all about. And

Pathetic customer service at Razer and I got screwed by AT&T with the advertisement for RP2 so I'm still paying on my outdated phone. No phone could outdo my Lumia 950xl which was stolen. Looking for another one soon as RazerT&T pull their collective dicks out of my ass.

Buongiorno a tutti, ho da poco acquistato un Junglecat, ma credo di aver fatto un errore di valutazione.. Posseggo un Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra e pensavo che, oltre alla compatibilità software, avrei avuto la possibilità di attaccarlo "fisicamente" al Junglecat.. Purtroppo, tra le cover inserite nella confezione, non c'è quella per il mio smartphone.. Ho cercato sul sito Razer ma non ho trovato cover "aggiuntive" acquistabili separatamente; ho cercato su amazon ed ebay ma niente cover; ho cercato su youtube, ma vengono proposte solo soluzioni "fai da te" per ovviare al problema.. Chiedo gentilmente aiuto a quelli che si sono ritrovati nelle mie stesse condizioni, anche perché, usarlo come semplice gamepad è un po' inutile e anche scomodo.. in quel caso, a molto meno, avrei acquistato un gamepad xbox.. Hi I've just bought my razer phone 2 a few weeks ago but unfortunately lost the USB type C to 3.5 mm audio jack just wondering if there are cheap alternatives as I have bought a USB Type C to 3.5 mm audio jack adapter from another brand and it does not work with the phone.
