Hello everyone. I saw some posts about the Razer Phone 2 and Android 10, but I have not seem any Razer Phone 1 relevant Android 10 posts. Does anyone know anything about it? I know RP1 is not the latest model but it's pretty good and capable of running Android 10 just fine, right?

Hi Would anyone know how to do a proper health check on the razer phone v1? i've had problems with network drop outs, mega slow speeds but i don't game on it or do anything other than phone people. I've not even been able to phone my dad for more than 3 minutes while his in a care home due to this problem. Wife and son on same network (giffgaff), network is find so its phone related. I've moved this from the reddit since that place is dead.

Hello, one strange thing happened with my RP2. I have been using headsets (inears) when driving ever since I bought the phone. Yesterday after got home and pulled headsets of the phone I noticed that my microphone is not working. When I reconnect the headsets to the phone the other person can hear me so the microphone is working. But as soon as I disconnect the headsets the microphone is not working. I checked everything and it all seems fine. So I had no other choice but to set the phone back to factory reset. Still after I did that the microphone is only working with the headsets. I did not drop the phone and the phone is updated to the latest Android and latest firmware that I received from Razer. I tried the phone in safe mode and the money c is not working. Tried disconnecting the OK Google still nothing. The mic is only working when I record a video,then I can hear my voice. Thanks in advance for any help

I was looking into getting a razer phone but seeing how Razer (Germany) doesn't offer to buy it anymore I'm questioning wether or not razer still wants to both support and produce phones in the future... Will razer kill off it's phone line for good?

I just have to put this here and may not be the only person who has stated the obvious. I am a bit disappointed at the fact that there is only one Razer Phone 2 Case option available through Razer... How is it that the priority is iPhones rather than cases for your own product? On top of that you are out of stock.... come on.

Hello, I recently got a smart watch that is 4G compatible and when I went to the Verizon store to setup number share all the other lines on my account were available except for mine (owner of the Razer Phone 2). Is there anything I need to do to get it to work. Has anyone else been able to get number share to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Jaycub

As the latest security patch update confirms, Razer has not abandoned the Phone 2 (yet). However, it's been nearly a year since the official release of Android 10 (September 2019), and we still don't have a confirmation one way or the other if the Phone 2 will get the OS update. My suggestion? At this point, might as well forget about Android 10, and just jump to Android 11. Granted, I don't know if this is technically possible or not... I would think it is, but I'm not an expert in this field. I don't even think a version skip has been done in an official capacity by any Android phone manufacturer (could be wrong). Just that I feel that given how long it's been, any effort towards updating the Phone 2 to Android 10 would be better used towards Android 11 instead, giving a longer lifespan to the device. Welp, after about 2 years of using the Razer Phone 2, I think it might be the end of the road for me, I'm going to see how can I fix the charger port as it seemed to be moved or broken entirely. Before hand the phone charger couldn't exactly 'snap' in anymore and occasionally fell out of my phone like as if there was nothing there. Now its taken its toll and refuses to connect my charger entirely. Anyone know what Wireless Charger works fine with the Razer Phone 2? I want to get the Wireless Charger from Razer, but they're out of stock and even removing it entirely off their shops so who knows when they'll bring it back. Fortunately still works great, its just now I can't charge it. I don't even know if you can open up the phone well to fix it, as I can't see any way to open it up well. Any help with that? My gf's RP2 Quartz case has seen better days. It appears the graphic layer above the TPU plastic is peeling as seen here. I feel bad for not having bought more than one quartz case for her. Thankfully, we have extra black and Arctech cases because they're still available on Amazon. I've searched for months on Amazon, eBay, and locally and it's been futile thus far. In the rare chance that another member happens to have found a retailer, a seller, or happens to have one please do share here (DM me for the latter though)

After installing LineageOS I noticed some apps that use SafetyNet not working correctly. I didn't have root so I thought the only thing that could trigger it was the unlocked bootloader. I locked the bootloader in the developer settings, and booted into download mode. I executed fastboot flashing lock_critical which reported as already locked. Next I ran fastboot flashing lock which was executed successfully, then I rebooted my phone. Now I'm in a bootloop with red text on the bootscreen saying "your device has failed verification and may not work properly Booting in 5 seconds". I am only able to access download mode, no recovery or OS. If I try to flash something it obvoiusly tells me FAILED (remote: 'Flashing is not allowed in Lock State') Time for a new phone?

Hello I'm new and I have this problem: I connect my headphones and soon after they disconnect and this message appears (look at the capture) And so all the time, it connects and disconnects by appearing in the same message. Help

Hey guys I've got a question, so I have been having problems with freezing apps lately and have found some posts about the problem being the SD card. I was looking to upgrade my SD card anyway. On Samsung's website, I found a card that is USF 3.0 and found some good stuff about USF while doing some research. So its a three-part question first: I found at https://www.gsmarena.com/razer_phone_2-9363.php that the razer 2 is USF 2.0 compatible but can't find that info on Razer's site. Anyone know if it is USF compatible if so only 2.0 or are there any software upgrades in Pie that have made it compatible with 3.0/3.1 and finally is it worth looking at USF cards or should I just stick with a Samsung EVO or a similar card. Hey insiders! I have in my possession an Arctech Pro for the Razer Phone 2 that I no longer require. Instead of selling it I'm going to give it to one of you lucky lot! The case isn't brand new but there's no marks etc on it. So to be in with a chance of winning just post below what you'd like to see from a Razer Phone 3 and I'll pick someone at random next week. This problem seemed to occur out of nowhere. I didn't install any new programs or updates. Whenever I try to access near the top of the screen the notification pulls down. This is happening at too low of a point. So I can no longer access the top most row of apps, the address bar, or anything in that top ~centimeter without activating the notification pull down. In chrome I can't access the address bar without this happening but I can see the notification bar pull down. I must rotate horizontally to access. In apps I can't access the top screen nor can I see the notification bar. I have to reopen an app after an ad because I can't click on the x to exit. P/s : I have tried shutting down and restarting Thank you for any help!

Just wanted to drop by and say "Thank You" to Razer for a few things. Continuously updating the Cortex mobile app. Especially the ways to earn silver. (In the last few months, we have gotten Analyzer, new game booster options, bug fixes , stability improvements, and as of today, Tapjoy. It's a new way (on cortex) to earn more silver.) Also, a warm thanks for updating the RP2 recently, and closing some security issues. Lets not forget a 1up for the forum, and the active Vanguards. Thanks again, peeps.

Your device needs to have TWRP, or be fastboot capable. Should work for both RP1 & RP2. I have fixed my own speaker glitches this way. But I do a lot of stuff to my phone, and my issues could have came from that and yours from elsewhere. Also, I should mention for the sake of information, that my speaker audio glitches happened most while doing things like watching a movie or playing a game with Dolby on. Might be obvious, but I've seen others say their glitches happened at other times too. I just thought I'd offer this advice on the chance it's not more hardware related on your end. Try this: (Again, I don't use GSI ROMs, but this should work for those who do, also.) Yank the vendor.img from the dev files on the RAZER site that are the appropriate update number and current os for your device. Example, Mr1, 2 or 3, for pie (9) or Oreo (8) for rp1 or rp2, etc. (GSI users should grab the vendor image that relates to what your phone was running directly before your put a GSI on i
