Hi, I'm unable to upgrade my Razer phone. I'm currently running Android 7.1.1 with Security patch level 5 September 2017. I've tried the simple settings - about phone- System update but get the message 'Your system is up to date'

Now I just ran into a strange issue this morning. Went to use an emulator (yaba sanshiro from the play store) and noticed it was stuttering really bad in the intro video. Ok, no issue, blamed the rom (that I backed up myself) and closed the app. Then went to play Ys 2 complete (dot emu version, native android app) and had the same issue. Ys 1 complete, same issue... Strange.... now it gets stranger. When I fire up any of the above 3, tap home and open another and it works fine. if I close the apps (force close or swipe up from home and swipe the games away) and reopen it, the same stuttering happens, wash rinse repeat. It doesn't happen in all games, but the games mentioned above and it doesn't matter if the game is on the SD card or internal memory. anyone ever see something like this? I'm slowly going to go through all the games I have on the phone, but yeah, just a strange thing to pop up.

hello community, why I can no longer find the Razer phone 2 for sale on the European razer store thank you

Has anyone run into this? I know I'm archaic for connecting my phone to a computer, but it's doesn't work for Android Auto as well. It did work in early March as Android Auto worked well on my road trip. Then came the March update, phone charges mind, but nothing else seems to know what the device is over USB. Yes, did a factory reset, tried other computers too, even contacted support. Just curious about those that have got the March Security update, does your computer recognize your phone 2? Quite a shame, nice screen and great audio. Already went back to my previous phone (which connects to the computer and car just fine) as I worried that it's trying to die on me.

My most mistake was getting the Razer phone 2 . First one didn't last 3 month . I had to use my warranty the 2nd one Same thing and came with no charger or anything and it lasted for 2 month and here is the 3rd one the same problem charging port . why r u selling a refurbished phone that u know the same problem will happen again and again even if u go on YouTube you will find a lots of video pepole having a charging issue .

I had my phone crash and had to do a wipe in order to get back running. Because of this, I cannot access the SD card anymore. The data is still there, but the phone just wants to wipe it. How can I get this data back?

Hi, I just have a quick question regarding the razer phone 2. If you were to leave the phone charging overnight, would it automatically stop charging at 100% or would it damage the battery in any way? Thanks. :)

Anyone know how to turn off service alert notification chimes? My service is constantly switching from HSPA to LTE to LTE+ and I am getting default chimes every time it switches. I only have alert chime notification problems with AT&T but never have had them with T Mobile, the carrier I used to use.

I got the Razer Junglecat back in December, and one problem seems to be especially irritating. The edges around the fingerprint sensor and volume on the Razer Phone 2 are sharp enough to cut my fingers. This seems like a huge oversight in the design since I'm having to press on those spots all the time to use the phone. Not to mention the lack of translucent shell or cut out over the razer symbol, which was previously set up as my notification light. Doesn't seem like good product design to me. Would also be nice if a wrist strap hole could be worked in, seems like theres plenty of spots in the thicker edges of the shell for it.

has anybody figured out a way to get the contact ringtones to stay without resetting back to stock? think it happens when phone is shut on and off.. also is thee a way to get the contact to acknowledge the main ringtone that is set for the entire phone? for some reason the phone wont change the contacts rings just all the others when a new ringtone is set cause the stock sound it reverts back to sucks and cant hear much thanks!

There hasn't been one since September 5th 2019 and February's is already almost here fixing a huge security flaw with Bluetooth even the RP1 got a November update while RP2 hasn't. I'm fine with not getting 10 but atleast update security patches. I'm really tempted to sell my RP2 and get a pixel if there isn't any security patch within the next year.

Hi. Just got my Junglecat delivered last week and it came with a set of 3 cases for phones to attach the joy cons to. I had read on the website that Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was supported but the one I was sent didn’t have a case for Note 9. I’m going round and round with Razer support. They don’t seem to know much about this product. Anyone got any ideas how I can get a Note 9 Junglecat case.

I have SanDisk 1TB microSD card installed (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P9W5HJV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and Razer 2 phone reportsthere are 2TB of storage in the card with 1.00TB used. Should I be worried or is this just a bug?

So im new at all this gaming stuff but one thing for shure - I love Razor. i finished my gaming build yesterdai and so far i have Razor Ultimate Viper mouse, Razor Ornata Chroma Keybord and Razor Kraken X headphones. But damn i cant stop there... so im looking forward to get a Razor phone? So here is the questions does anyone have it? how is it? Whats the quality? And is it better than iphone or samsung? So, I've never had this problem before, until this morning, I was charging my phone, and I noticed it was vibrating, and I didn't realize it, but after a while I began to see that it says Too many attempts, try again later text at the bottom of the lock screen. And it keeps attempting to unlock it, now obviously I remember my password to get into my phone so it's not that big of a security issue, but it still needs to be addressed

Hi, So I've been having some issues with the razer turret for xbox regarding the dynamic lighting working in games. I've since managed to get it to work in gears 5 but only when I uncheck the option for dynamic lighting in the razer turret app on xbox. I think this could just be a UI bug in the app but I can't get it to work in another game that states it has the xbox dynamic lighting. Could this be a hardware issue? I've checked for firmware updates through a laptop using the razer firmware updater, all up to date. I can't find much else anywhere and the people on the Microsoft side suggested posting here. Hey, so not sure how to start this off. Basically I have bad cell service at home, roaming isn't an option because it's too pricey so I have my phone set to the specific network so it doesn't use any others. The problem is that the no service notification continuously pings my device as though it's a new notification Evey few seconds. Is there any way to disable this ping at all cause this is driving me insane!
