ok i know Razer didn't license the Apt-x codec. I am awaiting delivery of a set of Wearbuds which are BT5 Apt-X HD enabled wireless earbuds. I was wondering.......would the app for apt-x enabled bluetooth earbuds supply the codec to the device or would it just default to that crappy SBC?

I'm hoping this is okay to share with everyone. And that it's in the correct place. But.... I was sick and tired of removing my RAZER Arctech Pro case every time I wanted to get some good game time in. I don't like the provided Junglecat Razer case; as it made my phone hot and also blocked my Chroma. Plus, removing my nice expensive case to use that one seemed like a bad idea, to me, in general. An added frustration was while out and about, I had to carry and keep track of an extra case, plus the piece that the Junglecat hooks into when not on the phone. I'm just not that organized. So, I decided to come up with an original solution, as there weren't any Junglecat mods available (to date) for 3D Printing. Hey, all. If you're like me, and was hoping for extended AR support on the Razer Phone 2, seems like there finally might be a glimmer of hope. Recently, a Google developer tagged a bunch of open issues on the ARCore Github with the "device support" label.... including one about the RP2! It was tagged on Jan 27: https://github.com/google-ar/arcore-android-sdk/issues/963 It could mean nothing, but it could also mean something. Not every open issue about device support was tagged (though, several were). As of the latest update to Google Play Services for AR (formerly ARCore), Feb 6, it still doesn't support RP2. Though, this last update was less than two weeks after that update in Github, so it'll probably take a bit of time for support to get added (if it does, that is). Either way, man, some transparency on this would be great.

Whenever the display is on, there is a electronic noise. Noise was gone when display off. I have the phone since Nov 2019 and it just happens today.

So I'm off to India for a couple of weeks and want to set my phone to only use wi-fi (for VoIP & data). I appreciate that I need to be connected to a wi-fi access point but I also know that there are many free wi-fi access points where I'm going. Is at as simple as putting it into air plane mode and then turning wi-fi back on? Has anyone done this? I'm currently on the latest Three firmware. Fritz

I unlocked my bootloader, but then realized that most of the multimedia apps (I.E. Netflix) doesn't let me install it due to the bootloader being unlocked. I would really like to lock it again though so I can use Netflix and other apps like that on my phone. Thanks - RobloxIsDead

Ok Im am attempting to warranty my phone with customer support at the moment as I am having major issues with reception but I have a large list of issues that I would to see if anyone else has similar issues. 1.Reception. Ever since android pie (I installed it the day of the update release, had the phone since January) I have never seen full bars of reception. Usually while I'm driving around with android auto active in town where I used to get full reception my reception will drop completely. I get the no bars icon with a line through it that identifies no reception for 3-5 seconds then it comes back. I have missed calls due to dropped reception and its become a major issue. It will drop on average 3-5 times on my 7 minute drive to work. I have reset all wireless settings etc as the rep recommended but the problem still persists. 2. Camera freezing. The latest update has fixed the rear camera freezing when I zoom in on something, however now anytime I use the front camera in a 3r

Just got the Junglecat during the recent CES promo and was all excited to try it. Sadly mine came didn't come with the case for my Note 9 phone. Must have misunderstood the description. Any chance of trading? I have the Razer Phone 2, Samsung S10+ and Huawei P30 Pro cases.

Does anybody know where I can make a suggestion to Razer about a product? I received the Jungle Cat for Christmas and I really enjoy it. I love the controllers but the case it's self needs some improvements. For one the case it's self feels way to smooth for my taste. I feel like it's going to slide out of my hand. Also the spaces where the power button and volume buttons are on the case the edge sticks out further than the phone. So it digs into your finger/thumb. I think if these two things were fixed the case would be sooooo much better.

Any word on when/if a razer phone 3 is happening, I really want a new razer phone as I loved both razer phone models, had since launch. But my contract is up for renewal and I feel like other phones have appeal over my now aging RP2, if razer did a model 3 I would get it, but with 5G incoming and bluetooth control lag still an issue on android 9 theres only so long I can hold on to my RP2

So many other android phones already have android 10 as their software, when is Razer Phone 2 coming with android 10 as well ? Android 9 pie really sucks.

Hello. I am wondering if anyone has had any issues with the Razer Phone Tempered Glass Screen Protector? I just put it on the Razer phone 2. Once it was applied it somehow managed to slide part way off and now the screen protector is ruined. So, I'm wondering if this is a common occurrence or if perhaps the one I got was defective somehow.

Please release the Razer Phone 3. I'm currently an iPhone user but would love to jump onto the Razer mobile wagon. Any news or thoughts?

I bought a pair of True Wireless Hammerheads and I discovered that there was a lot of latency with them even in gaming mode which I found odd considering they are advertising 6ms latency. I tested them with my PC and my old iPhone and it worked just fine. No latency. I then found out my Razer Phone 2 was the issue not the earbuds. All my Bluetooth devices had high amounts of latency. Clearing the cache and data in Bluetooth doesn't help btw. Razer Support told me it was a bug and that it would be fixed in the next system update. I was just wondering, does anyone else with a Razer Phone 2 have Bluetooth latency issues? Btw I find it stupid that they show the Razer Phone 2 in the picture for the Hammerhead True Wireless considering it can't even function properly on that device.

At this point I love the junglecat and use it a lot!! The problem is that since it can come undone in 3 parts and I have it with me everywhere I go it would be really nice if there where a small case to keep it clean and protected when on the go!.... I wonder if there is any chance of this becoming a reallity??

Does it matter which setting the backlit logo is on as far as battery life? Brightness, color intensity, breath, or static....
