Hey, so i recently have purchased the razer two phone. should arrive in a day or two and was curious about wireless charging. Would it be the same for all phones in regards to what kind of charger cause im hering the Qi term thrown around a bit and have recently purchased a car with built in wireless charging and was wondering if its for all phones or just some. thanks so much any help is appreciated

I'm currently saving to maybe purchase a Razer Phone 2. But I also want to get the new Razer Blade Pro 17. I want to get more into gaming, but have never had the right laptop capacity or high graphics (I like my graphics to be at highest setting).

Would it be worth getting a Razer Phone 2? What's the difference between other popular Android brands and the Razer? Just so that I can get the best working phone for quality payment options depending on how much GB or the camera is set-up. I'd also like to ask where the fingerprint scanner is located, if there is one, and how long the battery life can last for.

Hey all, just got the phone for around 2 months. Main problem that annoyed me all the time is the fact that the screen keeps dimming by itself not only on gaming, but sometimes youtube, or just chatting, auto brightness is off of course. Does any of you have the same problem or better yet a solution? Thanks in advance.

Hi while browsing on google chrome my razer phone 2 has ben frozen for over twenty minutes and not responding .How do I fix this issue

Hey all, I’ve notice when i play game such as PUBGM or Mobile Legends, my connection will drop from LTE to H+. Specifically happens when i launched the app, I can see that the phone is somewhat restricting my mobile network to H+ when I’m playing games. But to other games like Clash Royale or Dota Underlords, connection is perfectly fine. Let me know if any of you have the same problem or a solution. Cheers

Had my phone on my Samsung wireless charger and seemed to be working fine. Came back to it 30 mins later and the phone was repeatedly charging, then not charging causing it to vibrate as well every 2 seconds. Then I also tried plugging it in wired with the charger it came with and it wouldn't charge at all. Reset the phone, unplugged everything and plugged back in multiple times until it finally worked but it took 20 minutes just to get it to start charging. Anyone else having charging issues with recommendations?

Hi, I am having trouble with my phone because every time I connect it to my laptop it keeps saying [unknown device(device descriptor request failed)] I'v tried all solutions by google and I am hoping to find some solution here.

Anyone using both? Seems like the Razer TG is the only one that covers most if not the whole screen while the Liquid Air is the only decent one that has protection for the top and bottom. If only Razer released the Rugged Kickstand case. There's no way for me to do a test fitment if the TG will cause issues with the case since accessories aren't available here and I'm only relying on a relative purchasing it in the US.

Hi Having issues with my RP1.. The bluetooth audio has suddenly stopped working.. It was fine in the morning and then in the evening my headphones connected fine but all i can hear is a faint clicking noise. I paired the same headphones with my laptop and they work fine so it's not them at fault, then I also paired a different set of earbuds with the phone and they didn't work either. So it's definitely something with the phone... Anyone have this happened to them before or have any ideas how I can get my BT sound back? (wired headphones work fine with the USB-C adapter so it's a bluetooth problem rather than an audio playback problem) .

Hello. I would like to know at least any information about whether to develop a new phone. I have the first Razer Phone and I don’t see any sense in changing it to the second, but I would change it to the third, since updates to the old model does not go and a hardware producers do not hesitate.

Not sure what it can be, but when I have my wife and three kids in a group text, they get my texts fine, but I'm not getting the texts they send in the group. On a direct 1 to 1 texting, I receive from them just fine. All of them are on Android phones. I've gone through to make sure all my settings are proper, Mobile Data is on and I access the internet fine, WiFi works fine, calling works fine. This happens whether I have WiFi on or off. No other issues with the phone at all. I've tried a full reset, no luck. Please help. Thanks, Terry =Update= Seems I found a fix. I uninstalled the last update to the stock Messenger app and now my group messages are coming in. I've changed the settings to not automatically update the app until I know there's a fix. BTW, I haven't upgraded to pie 9 yet.

Since yesterday I have been getting the error, "Something went wrong, we can't process your reward". Has something been changed in the system, I tried switching to the updated version of Cortex 4.3.166 but I still get the same error.

This bug was brought up by a reddit user (link) and expericed by a few people including myself. It appears that under Vivid Color mode in RP2 setting, the images shown in Google Photo will be altered to weird color. The OP indicated that his photos were applied with vivid again, while in my case, it's applied with a very dark shade, making the photos unviewable. Please have a look of the link, and fix this issue, thanks!

So I have come to accept that Razer isn't going to be on top of updates, but is there any chance that they will send out an update other than major version changes? I'm not holding my breath on those either.

Hello, All ! Time for me to come to one & all RP2 users, experienced & not so experienced alike! I'm looking for a blue light filter app to install on my phone that's gonna calm down my poor bloodshot & abused eyeballs! I'm getting to learn the hard way, about how too much screentime can leave you with a couple screaming, red, & blurred peepers! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I'm using MetroPCS, via T-Mobile, in the San Francisco/Bay Area, if it matters. I'm browsing Google Play Store, but nothing so far is making me very excited... Opinions? Thx in advance!

Hey guys I was thinking about buying a Razer Phone 1, but I first need to know if it's running a 64-bit os. A lot of the apps I was using require you to have a 64-bit android now, so I was wondering if someone with the Razer Phone could check to see if it's actually using that.

I got a Razer Phone 2 yesterday and I just now tried to set a custom ringtone. It sounds kind of tinny compared to playing the song in a music player. Sure enough, if I turn off "dolby atmos" while playing music, it sounds just like the ringtone (which is of course the same file). I suspect the built-in ringtones have the atmos effect "baked in" to the recording, and perhaps I could do the same somehow for my own sounds. Any way I can get the thicc beats even when the phone is ringing?

I've searched everywhere to find if there is any way to have multiple users on the Phone 2, but to no avail. I searched and searched, looking on similiar devices, and the ability for multiple users is availible, but not on the Phone 2. I upgraded my phone at first, thinking it was something that was not fully released or ready for the public, (I don't know why, it's a feature on stock android) but then I downgraded, thinking that I skipped over a couple of the places to look for the setting. Nope. Still not there. I do some digging into the phone, and the multiple users button on the notification center appears, but then, just as quickly disappears. Is Razer disabling the feature on it's builds of Android? Are there any workarounds to get it to work? Will I have to root the device with Magisk? I have many questions, but very, VERY little answers.

The display on the phone is second to none on the market. Quality graphics, lightning speed, almost unreal gaming experience for a phone. Here's the problem. 5 months after I purchased the phone I was unable to charge the phone using a standard C-type connection. It seems the charging port has a substantial design flaw, its quality is the worst on any phone I've ever owned. I have a professional job, always protect my phone with case and screen protector and have never used a phone in any way outside of normal wear and tear such as.......plugging and unplugging it to charge the phone. I contacted Razer support once the phone was 100% unable to charge via the standard cord. After about a week of back and forth of them telling me to reboot my phone, scrub the cache and data, and factor resets I politely told them over and over it was the cord. Finally, they relented and admitted it was still under warranty and I was "entitled" to a reconditioned phone as a replacement. Wow....
