I want to purchase two wireless Razer chargers for my qi enabled phone (not Razer phone) but am unable to find the chroma configurator app on the play store... Strangely there is a wireless charger app on the iTunes store for iOS... Online it says the app is available for Android as well

I just received my RP2 yesterday and for some reason ATT is telling me that the phone does not support Wi-fi calling despite them clearly stating on their website where I ordered the phone that it does. I have seen on other forums that numerous other people have been able to successfully do wifi calling. My issue is that I can't even see an option to turn it on in my settings. As far as I can tell I have android 8.1 out of the box. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi there, Yesterday, my razer phone 2 felt on the groud, the rear glass is now broken :( I bought my phone the 26 December 2018, what should i do? Beeing relatively unaware of garanties and all this stuff, i ask you, dear forumers (i've also contacted support, but in France no direct web chat or no call to after sale service (very sad) so i'm waiting for them to answer my mail) I didn't find nowhere to buy a new rear glass (i can change it on my own if necessary, i've done it a few time on old sony Z5 cellphones) Do you know where i can find a new one? I live in france I don't trust repairmen in malls or in store who takes about 50 euros to excanche mine with a poor quality glass that i can buy 10 euros

Here's what it is. Razer proudly claims that the new Razer Phone 2, upgrades to a flagship status, without hindering the community's request to water resistant the phone. And we are glad to announce it is now officially rated IP67. Right. It's in the keynote, pamphlet, official Razer Phone 2 page, Facebook, Instagram, everywhere. You get it. But the actual fact here is a half baked gimmick, where they took a gamble to over claim, over promise. Buying into their claims, I washed my phone the other day. Briefly, the phone couldn't charge. Thinking it be be moisture problems around the port, I made sure to not force it, leave it to dry for couple of hours and try again. Didn't work, then the phone went into boot loop, and the screen refuses to light up anymore. Sent in for diagnosis, in hope for a warranty claim for the charging port maybe?? Can you download razer cortex on an sony phone. I cant find it anywhere i playstore and when i search it up on google and find it there it says "The device is not compatible with this version"

I recently purchased the Razer phone 2. While examining the camera app I could not find out how to record in slow motion. I can't find anything about this on the internet. Has anyone else run into this problem? Does anyone know what to do?

Hello, My girlfriend has a Razer phone 2 but she has turned the flashlight off, but now she wants the flashlight to work again. She somehow and somewhere pressed something in why the flashlight don't work anymore. The flash for the camera does work. Even if she downloads an app on the phone for an flashlight, that doesnt work either. Can anyone help her out???? Someone that knows in what settings she has to look? Many thanks Never mind, she has rebooted(restarted) the phone and now the flashlight works again

Does anyone know of any Razer Phone 2 cases outside of the ones that Razer has?

I just ordered a second hand Razer Phone (the first model) online that was originally provided by Three. I'm on virgin mobile so obviously they're different networks, is it possible to unlock Razer Phones or do they already come unlocked? I had my previous Galaxy S6 unlocked and that was a breeze, but I don't see any services advertising Three unlockings or Razer Phone unlockings. I remember seeing somewhere online that all Razer Phones came unlocked out of the box, but is that really true? There's little to no articles online about unlocking these phones so that would suggest to me that they're all unlocked but I want to know in advance. Thanks!

Hi There, I have a 2019 Hyundai Kona that I recently bought and it comes with Android Auto. I am having major issues with my Razer Phone 2 using it. Using any app that would have audio coming out there is nothing emitting from the car's speakers when using Android Auto. This applies to Google Play Music and Waze which is what I primarily use. I know it isn't anything else because I used my mom's OnePlus 5, my dad's Pixel 3 XL and my brother's Note 9 and every single one of those devices worked just fine with my Android Auto. I even tried a bunch of different usb cables to see if that may be the issue but nope, it is definitely related to the device. No audio streams at all even though it works fine when it is just connected via bluetooth. This is a a dealbreaker with this phone which I otherwise love. Razer needs to get on this asap

Hello, Im in the market for a new phone, and I think the original Razer phone (not the Razer 2) is starting to look like my best candidate. I have one major feature I want, but I can't find anything solid on it. I'd like to be able to plug my Razer phone into a dock that lets me give it things like an ethernet connection, USB mouse and keyboard, HDMI video out, external HDD, etc. Does the Razer phone support any of these features, either one at a time with a specific cable, or several of these over a generic USB C dock, and can you list what docks or cables your using to do it? I know the Razer phone was designed with something called "Project Linda" in mind, which is a laptop dock that also happens to give it most of the features I want. In theory the hardware is built into the phone to support these features, but I have no idea if this is using proprietary programming or even enabled in the OS.

I just had a quick question; my understanding from reading a few articles is that the lighting for the wireless charger that is sold to work with the Razer Phone 2 can be controlled via the phone. I wanted to see if anyone knew if there was any compatibility with Chroma/Synapse on the PC so that it can be synchronized with the lighting on all of my other Razer peripherals. Please let me know. Greetings, I've noticed that there's only 1 usb-c output on the new rp2, which i find very strange.. either electricity or sound o.ò? I'd really like to charge it while playing games, and of course using my headphones while doing so. What cable should i get to succeed with this? Please, refer to one that you've already tried, and can confirm works just fine. I really appreciate it!

I list my phone and I can't find it through my network operator or even Google locators, is there anyway to find it?

My dongle just stopped working. I have the initial dogle that came with the phone and it was working for a few weeks ago. The blluetooth works fine as well as the charging. Any help or guidance to get this working would be great .
