About the Paid to Play Suspension.

We created Paid to Play as an opportunity for gamers to get rewarded, just by gaming. Since the program’s launch, over 1B zSilver has been exchanged and over 35,000 rewards redeemed by our fans.

We’re always listening to the community, and everyone’s feedback is important to us. With an increasing amount of negative feedback on the Paid to Play program, we’re going to be taking a hard look into the overall program and mechanics to do right for you and all the gamers who participated. While we take time to develop ways to make it rewarding and beneficial for all, we will suspend the Paid to Play program, effective March 1, 2018. In the event that we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution, the program will be suspended indefinitely.

Making Razer zSilver the rewards credits for gamers has always been our goal, and we’re constantly working on ways to introduce more rewards to earn zSilver. With over 50 rewards on the Razer zSilver catalog, kindly note that rewards will always be on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.

If you’re a step away from redeeming your next Razer reward, here are other ways to earn zSilver:

• Using Razer zGold to pay for your gaming purchases
• Being an active contributor on Razer Insider
• Logging in daily on Razer Cortex
• Syncing your Steam account with Cortex: Deals
• Subscribing to Cortex: Deals newsletters and more to be introduced soon

We thank you for supporting Paid to Play, and welcome all feedback and suggestions on this thread. Should you have any other questions about Paid to Play, please write in to Razer Support or refer to our FAQs here.

Will the rewards continue to change on a monthly basis?

Will the rewards continue to change on a monthly basis?

ZSilver rewards will be updated every month or so and prices will continue to change. They will also still be adding other ways to earn ZSilver from what I know from the F.A.Q.

So I am misunderstanding is this out for a couple of monthes or is this completly ending?
Thank you for whoever answers.

Basically it's ending and probably not going to come back as it will not be a main project to fix it. But if they come up with something, they might bring it back. This only applies to getting zSilver for playing games. Everything else isn't being touched. Other ways of getting zSilver as well as redeeming will be the same. They will also be exploring new programs to earn zSilver as well.
that´s really sad news... You should stop expiration of zSilver after 12 months or its impossible to get rewards without P2P 😞
OMG, why remove? 😞
please let there be some other zsilver earn program, 100 zsilver a day is already enough for me. :frown_:
Dont end it pleaseee

yup, without p2p, it's going to take me ages. hope the expiration limit could be looked into.
Would be great if you could give us one more month, I'm finally close enough to getting a keyboard!
I wish we were still able to get the 1 zsilver per minute instead of stopping the entire program all together that way people who are close to redeeming what they want are still able to get more than just the login reward. Being 35000 points off at the end of this month is a little disheartening.
this is so sad, it really makes me wonder who complained about such and awesome program
A bit sad to see so many naive or really nice people. Loads of people complained about Razer keyboards and mice too, why wasn't production stopped for them ? Its all about the money
So sad we had to wait for another way to earn zSilver, I hope they reconsider and let us true fans keep earning Razer stuff by playing.

when items are out of stock during the suspension period. will the vouchers restock or it will be never available again? i am not talking about the item itself i am talking about the vouchers. i want to redeem the razer electra v2 but the item was already out of stock. would u please explain? will i have to redeem for another item?
I have but one question: after the 1st of Mach, are the redeem costs going to change? 'cause I was aiming for something that is costing 200k zisilver right now and I am near 150k; I am now wondering if it is better to spend them now that the costs are relatively low.

It's really sad. When I found out about razer zsilver, I was finishing my master's thesis, so I couldn't play anyway. I started playing one month ago, and I was really excited to have an oportunity to add razer gear to my razer blade. I was dreaming on the razer levianthan mini, a keyboard, a wireless mouse.
Now that's just dreams.
Please, don't cancel it. Just find a way to keep people from selling it.
Paid to play isn't just a way to keep people engaje with their games. For me, it's like the time I "waste" having fun, has some return, and that's truly amazing.

It really is
This makes me really sad. I was saving up for a Razer BlackWidow Chroms v2 and would have the needed 220.000 ZSilver in a few days. But the prices were adjusted to 296.000, which ment 3 more month of P2P and was fine by me. Now that P2P is suspended the item i was saving up for is so far out of reach that my ZSilver will expire before i even have a chance to redeem it.
what about us poor, not-so-hardcore gamers that wants to get razer gears using zSilvers?
I totally agree
I just want my RAZER NAGA CHROMA EPIC ... but you guys changed it value from 198k to 238k ...
Now im so close at 1 March ill have 226k.. But still i cant get this one !

when you say suspended indefinitely does that mean the entire zVault program or just paid to play?
Why don't at least put some more discounts to buy with zsilver like 50$ off
Without P2P it's almost impossible to earn some more zsilver
Or if the P2P will ever return extend the zsilver expiration date by the time it's off so that it will be a earn-earn thing
I was so excited to get razer gear, but I guess I'll just have to give up...
Why the hell would people be giving negative feedback for getting rewards while they play video games... IT MAKES NO GODDAMN SENSE
Thx guys, I almost got the Razer Mug with it...but I bought smthg else with a discount at the end 😃
