A display that truly enraptures. Set your eyes on Razer Raptor, our first 27” gaming monitor: http://rzr.to/Raptor

Flanked by thin bezels for a more immersive experience, the Razer Raptor features a WQHD IPS display supporting HDR400. The premium display also boasts 95% DCI-P3 color gamut—wider than sRGB for cinematic, life-like hues whether you’re playing games or watching movies.

With a 144Hz refresh rate, get more than double the frame rates of the industry standard for stunning clarity and seamless gameplay. Ultra Low Motion Blur technology keeps response rates at 1ms, so each individual frame stays sharper for blistering fast, precise reactions.

Forged out of a single piece of aluminium, the monitor’s base is also designed with height, tilt and swivel adjustments. Complete with its own cable management system, the Razer Raptor is a perfect fit for any setup.

Love how Razer puts it's on twist of style on their products. Amazing. I of course do which it came at a slightly lower price point but I imagine that style doesn't come cheap. I prefer quality manufsimanufa any day and I know that's what you get with a Razer branded item

The fact that it is called the "Raptor 27" is a pretty strong hint that a larger, hopefully wider and curved, monitor is coming. Just an educated guess.

Fingers crossed for Raptor 49.

No Vesa No GSync No HDR10, but hey RGB and a Nice Stand?

HDR400 is essentially a watered down version of HDR. No where near bright enough for true HDR. Highly disappointed and surprised at the lack of G-sync, especially when every blade is powered by nvidia. Otherwise I think they did well with the design and other specs.
No Vesa No GSync No HDR10, but hey RGB and a Nice Stand?

  • 27" Non-Glare WQHD IPS Display - very nice
  • Fast 144Hz Refresh Rate and wide color gamut with HDR support - sweet spot
  • Ultra thin bezels at 2.3mm - so nice and clean
  • Adaptive display via AMD FreeSync - I'm sure it's to keep costs down , so on that part it's good , but I'd perfer G-sync ,
  • 90° tilt for easy setup and access to ports - Always nice to have
  • Built-in CNC cable management system - A excellent addition that seems like a no brainer
  • USB-C power delivery to charge mobile devices - Neat, but not really needed
  • Razer Chroma™️ with 16.8 million colors for customization - And of coarse the Razer trademark that everone steals,

I really wanted a Razer monitor for the longest time, but I was able to get a monitor very similar to this (just not HDR or IPS so not as fancy) But it's got the thin bezel, 90^ mount,27', G-sync , and I have the Razer HDK so ithas chroma as well.

I was able to get this monitor for 400$ so I know won't be able to get the Razer Raptor, but even still I don't know if I could go without G-sync anymore.

But anyways ,Thank you Razer for making this awesome monitor can't wait to see it.

Impressive! Looks like a few industry firsts as far as I know, thinnest bezels, 1ms IPS, and ULMB was only on Gsync monitors before. The tilting will be convinient also. 27" 1440 high refresh is the perfect combo right now too. Curious to see if it passes Nvidia's new tests to be Gsync compatible.
Also really like the flat back of the monitor so its easy to stick on the HDK kit.
Well... the only thing this Monitor has that other monitors don't have is Chroma...
I'd rather trade that for VESA mounting holes, G-Sync or the choice of multiple screen sizes :wink_:
This is a good start. Hope to see more competitive prices like their Razer blade stealth, and G-sync as well.

Can't say it doesn't look sweet!
Looks nice indeed, and it will go nicely with the rest of the Razer Chroma collection...
However, why not proposing directly a Ultra-wide and curved version of it?
This 27 inch format and small bezel was the hit 2 yrs ago, now Ultra-wide and/or curved is the way to go for a greater gaming experience (since last summer already)

my 2 sense...

the lack of bezel here looks more awesome and defining than on a phone..
Looks awesome.
Too big for a setup with two monitors. 24" is better imo.

any non Chroma version at cheaper price?
Finally I've been waiting for years for Razer to release a monitor.
I really hope this Freesync passes Nvidia's official list of G-Sync compatible monitors they just announced support for. Makes the price a hella more palpable, especially since Razer Blade owners would be getting the short end of the stick if not.

Also I know they're allowing force enable but rather not have any issues or have to buy a Core AND a AMD GPU and bring the cost up more.

But love the design, much better than the Alienware albeit not as bright though they don't support HDR.

Looking forward to other models and hopefully a BFG display 😃
All those shiny lights, looks like a christmass tree
Finally, someone made a gaming monitor with both 144Hz and a decent resolution at 1440P. IMO, 1440P is the sweet spot right now. It looks good, but isn't too many pixels to drive. Bravo Razer, now let's just see some numbers for price.

I really like the plain foot.

Keep on going Razer, soon we'll be able to have a full guild and environment with RGB sync

Really nice looking monitor!

Nice work Razer, thanks Min Liang and all the other stuffs for listening. By the way, can someone clarify this. Jensen Huang just announced Nvidia GPU will support some Freesync monitors. Is Razer Raptor one of them? and when will it arrive in east Malaysia?

Finally, a long awaiting wish has come true. Nice work and a hell'uva good looking.
Awesome! A bit too small and not quite 4K, but looks lovely nonetheless.

Of course, by the time the Raptor 65 gets released, I'll probably want an 8K OLED... ;^P
