hello, sometimes when i m working , my laptop is going to blackscreen for several minutes. after few times is going to light up again but the laptop is very hot and the vent blow like madness.... is someone have a solution for that ? thanks in advance

I dunno if this should go in Support or not, but since it's not a major issue I'm putting it here instead? I've just been setting up my account on here after getting a Goliath Chroma Extended (which I love btw) and the forum gave me achievements for having a headset and mouse? I looked in External Accounts which lists my Razer devices and it shows: Razer Basilisk (I did have one of these at one point but unregistered it before making the actual Insider account) Razer Surround, & Razer Haper. I also doesn't show the Goliath? I can't find what the Harper is, but the Surround seems to be software related to Razer headsets? Is this just like, a random thing it says everyone has or something?

This is a bit of an odd question; however, going from a Logitech mouse which has a 400 IPS to a Razer that currently rocks 650+ IPS, would I need to slightly lower my DPI? My brain is saying yes due to the more accurate optical laser that Razer can pick up while moving said mouse? Example: 800dpi on a Logitech G HERO (400IPS) to a Razer Viper 800dpi (650IPS) won't feel the same or am I over thinking it?

I am thinking of getting a gaming mouse (though it's not necessary) and the best brand that popped up in my head was razer so I wanted the one with the least price as possible and it was the deathadder. I don't need any fancy mouse, just for a better experience. The deathadder seems to be good.

I recently bought this keyboard and everything is working fine apart from when I pluged in the USB dongle, I wanted the keyboard to be wireless but whenever I use the dongle my pc doesn't register my WiFi which I use and completely makes the pc unusable, I've tryed using the wire and it works fine but it's just when I use the dongle.

Hey all, I'm new to the Razer community, having just picked up a Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard and a Viper Mini mouse, and I am LOVING it! Anyone else have the same setup? I've also been eyeing that new Basilisk v3 :smile_: - any thoughts? I'm really enjoying the size/weight of the Viper mini but something about the shape of the Basilisk just LOOKS appealing.
