I am trying to update Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed Firmware from last 2 years but its stuck for 10 hours at the same screen above. I tried reinstalling windows but still does not work any help would be helpful. My mouse accuracy is worst than 1$ mouse.

This firmware updater was just released this year. You can also try it on a different PC as well. If that didn’t do the trick then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check my resources for other troubleshooting steps.
