Razer Kiyo Pro has always video noise even with lighted room

Hi.

I’ve been setting up my OBS for streaming and recording but I thought that my Kiyo Pro video noise was normal until now after seeing several videos where its quality is crisp and smooth.

 

Am I doing something wrong or is a webcam issue related? I think it has to be the HDR. When I activate it, the background color of my lamp is clear, but creates an effect where horizontal bars are going up constantly.

 

HDR off, soft lighted room
HDR off, well lighted room
HDR on, soft lighted room. Check those horizontal bars on my lamp
HDR on, well lighted room

Did you somehow manage with that problem? I’ve bought my Kiyo Pro today, have the same problem and don’t know what to do :/

same :-( just set mine up today and i’ve been having the same issue. i switched from the elgato facecam and i feel it’s a pretty big quality loss in the change.
