Why is 64GB 5600 memory upgrade in RB18 2024 running at 5200?

I have the 2024 4K Mercury RB18 that comes with 32GB.  I have 5600 Samsung 64GB memory kit and upon installing I am only getting 5200.  I have run memory diagnostics and everything is fine.

What memory kit will resolve this?  Or, how might I resolve this with my Samsung kit?

Also, why is CAS latency greater when installed than specs specify?

I have an RB16 2024, and I bought 64gb of the Kingston Fury memory (5600mhz with cl40). Yeh they do not work at the rated speed despite the spec sheet of the laptop saying otherwise. They are running at 5200 mhz with cl38. If I knew I would not have even bothered to upgrade to the Kingston kit.
This is quite disappointing Razer.

Yes, if I had know I would have simply opted for the higher spec machine...
