All of a sudden, my mouse is not working correctly with Synapse 4. Pressing the profile button on the bottom of the mouse changes the profile in Synapse, but doesn’t actually change the profile used on the mouse. Shutting down Synapse allows the mouse to use the on-board profiles as expected, but then my other devices don’t work. I have tried multiple driver removals and Synapse uninstalls, but nothing has worked. Any other suggestions?
+1 for mouse RGB in Synapse 4, Basilisk v3 pro doesn't show up in Chroma Studio. No rgb what so ever, tried Synapse 4 again last weekend, reverted back to 3.
+1Clean reinstall if you haven’t tried it yet:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Thank you :) this has fixed the no-RGB issue with the Basilisk V3 Pro, but it’s now affecting my 2nd keyboard - Blackwidow V3 Pro :( oh well, back to Synapse 3 I go.
