Issue with wired Blackshark v2

the issue that i am having is that when my headset is set as “Speakers (THX Spatial)” i have no audio.

when it is set as “Speakers (Razer USB Sound Card)” it plays audio.

any help on how to get THX spatial audio working would be great.
