razer blade 16 2025 Facial recognition windows hello no frame

Hi Guys,

I cant setup the windows hello facial recognition, because no frame is showing up to line up my face. i am stucking in the camera view.
i tried many things. 

  • uninstall / reinstall the driver of IR cam and cam
  • windows repair update , but keeping the files
  • optional update feature, deleted and reinstall it again.

nothing worked…

 Hi ​Vi-Dan. Have you tried updating your Blade 16 2025 BIOS? If you haven’t, please click this link, as it has version 1.08, which is an improvement on Windows Hello login.
