After updating Windows I decided to update Razer software, I started with https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13561 which is the latest Touchpad Firmware, released a couple a days ago. I had version 04 and this one is 05 according to the updater.
It took only a couple of minutes to go form 0 to 90% but now it's freeze at 90% for over an hour. Neither the keyboard nor the touchpad respond but the laptop is working.The time is updating and I get event popups from other software. I tried to use an external keyboard/mouse but doesn't work either.
The links says "Important: Do not force restart or shut down the Razer Blade during this process." but what's the alternative in this case?
