Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 Mic Issue in Discord

I have had the Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset for a few days now, and I have the problem that my microphone sounds very metallic on my Win 11 computer.

I then went into Razer Synapse and adjusted everything perfectly. Everything works.
But now I have noticed that as soon as I join a channel in Discord or get a call.

Discord somehow pushes itself in front of Synapse and adjusts my microphone as if I had never done anything with Synapse. I then always have to either go into Synapse briefly and deactivate the tick for Noise Cancellation and reactivate it or briefly change the sound profile.

hope you can help me, I have already deactivated everything on Discord

I've also recently started having the "problem" that I have a humming noise on the left side all the time.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

that humming noise I think could be from setting the headset knob too high. Try turning it down and see if that noise goes away, I had that issue with a constant buzzing/static sound in my headset and  turning that knob to about 50% fixed it.

My friends also tell me my mic sounds terrible but I was able to find a post from someone on reddit (Blackshark V2 Pro mic bad quality FIX : razer (reddit.com)) who changed their EQ settings and apparently made it better. I have been trying those settings out but my friends still tell me it sounds kinda bad so i’m not sure what to do. If you found a solution let me know!

I have the exact same problem, where Discord causes my mic to ignore my Synapse settings when I enter a call. If I adjust the value of any slider in the Synapse microphone settings, it “notices” it and starts working again, but I dont want to do this every single time. Is there a solution?

The same issue with Discord. It seems that Discord interferers with Synapse settings because when I change anything in Synapse it starts to sound amazing again.
