Hello. My name is Eugene Lekh. I’m am a motion designer from Ukraine. I have a major problem with my Razer laptop and I can’t solve it for three weeks already. Long story short: The support team diagnosed my laptop as defective and assured me that they would cover the shipping and repair costs since the laptop was still under warranty. More than two weeks have passed, during which I wrote letters to the support service and I was constantly ignored both in correspondence through mail and in correspondence through Facebook messenger. Three weeks passed and I received a letter that since I did not buy the laptop from an official Razer representative, I have to pay the company for diagnostics. How should I feel about such a relationship? Is this normal company policy?

This is awesome, especially with some ambient lights behind your display. However, the playback speed for some of the wallpapers really is too fast. I feel this is something that needs to be implemented.

Anyone have this issue: When ECO mode is ticked the dynamic wallpapers stop working. Untick ECO mode and they work again?

Yesterday I play NFS Heat for more that 6 hours and it didn't count, the razer cortex has my fps chart but the squad rewards didn't count the time that I play, i'm trying to play today and its not counting again. I try to restart the Razer Game Maneger Service like it was saying here /going-nuts-squad-rewards-time-not-counting.79885/#post-783876 but nothing.
