It does look good, I still like my HDK kit. I don't think I'd buy this but if I have enough Silver for it, it'd be a nice to have:rolleyes:

I bought these right away and it's been incredibly frustrating.

You can only run 2 strips off of each channel. That would be highly useful information to have BEFORE YOU STICK THE STRIPS ON YOUR MONITOR.

Also Razer Studio has won't let me rotate them AT ALL when arranging them and only half of my light strips are even applying effects from the studio.

After I paired the controller to my phone and then started using it wirelessly on my PC, I lost all ability to access the controller via my phone. It flashes all of the strips green like it's going to, but then the device just fades again in the menu as if I'm not connected to it.

Support was incredibly slow and painful. I was told I was going to be e-mailed a video and some information on how to configure these and I've gotten no such e-mail.

This has been beyond frustrating to the point I'm considering returning these. What an incredible let down for a product I have been waiting for Razer to release. I really wanted these to work well and Razer has made it as hard as they can every step of the way to do so.

I can maybe help with the rotating part, (I don't have these, but the HDK kit, which I'm assuming is similar)
Try moving it far away from everything else, spin it how you want, then move it back.

Thanks but I've tried that in so many different ways and it just won't go.

It sure looks shiny enough.

I would usually just recommend getting cheap LEDs from Aliexpress, but the fact that Chroma syncs all your devices is a great advantage!

Love the look of those! May need to get a couple to add to my Chroma lighting behind my desk.

do right click on the rotate icon and choose from the drop down menu that pops up, works 100%.

I got mine a week ago, and honestly I love them except the power off and on is horrible, wtf.
I have a custom loop threadripper station with 2 rads. And I switch off my pc during night time and daytime when at work, at office. So I have to mess with turning off and on the lights 4 times a day? And I can't ever put the controller away from sight because then I would have to reach under the table every day to switch off the lights? This is beyond stupid.

THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR AUTOMATICALLY TURNING THEM OFF WHEN PC IS OFF.

And it is insane that there isn't.

Agreed! I have my system setup to turn off the monitors after 5 minutes of no activity, then go into sleep/hibernation after 10 minutes. The wireless controller turns off the LED lighting when the monitors turn off, but as soon as the PC goes into sleep/hibernation the wireless controller loses connection to the USB device and just dumps into a factory preset with lights on. Having it remember what state it was in and staying there before breaking that connection would be great!

So you have to turn these on/off manually? Synapse does not turn off when PC is turned off, or on when PC comes on?
