Question

No Chroma devices detected

PinkLacepulsedome758

My synapse doesn’t recognise my razer chroma devices anymore, i have a keyboard, mousepad, mouse and mouse dock, that all worked perfectly fine. and now NONE of them get recognised by synapse.

I recently re built my gaming setup, so i would really like it to match my other colours.

If you have Riot Vanguard (Valorant’s anti-cheat software), then it may block Razer devices, so they’ll be not available in Synapse. The workaround is to remove it, and restart PC.

So you can try doing clean Synapse reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

This solved my issue whereas Synapse didnt load in my Razer Naga Pro v2 mouse and Razer Mouse Dock Pro where it wouldnt work at all till I unplugged the USB-C cable and put it in again.
After doing this instruction my Razer mouse and Razer Mouse Dock Pro works as intended even with Riot Vanguard and Synapse starting up. Rather doing this instead for uninstalling the Riot Vanguard as workaround since this have been working so far. :)
