Synapse 3 is in beta.. and right now its only lancehead that compatible. But i guess the other chroma devices will be added at some point.. But there is no information on when is will happen..

And thats why I keep bitching about this.. Because I feeling this is so disappointing. I thought Razer was better then this.. and still no warning on either HDK or synapse 3 pages.. I guess that confirms that they dont care.

Yeah.. I understand your feelings of happyness.. I was just unlucky, that I bought on release.. and then first afterwards found out, that it dosnt work with any of my gear.. -.-

Pleeeaase, restock already :slightly_sad: I bought my firefly yesterday, so all I'm missing now for the ultimate rgb setup is this HDK.. :slightly_sad:

No Hdk.. only supports the lancehead at the moment.. so save the money and wait

Well.. it shouldn't be a problem to use Synapse 2 and 3 (beta) simultaneously.. I get synapse 3 doesn't support all devices yet, but atleast i can configure the HDK seperately within Synapse 3

Yes thats posible.. but then you cant sync your lights..

All the light look good but I'm not sure. The keyboard is useful and the mouse but other lights are a distraction or just no noticed.

Wow, that set-up is totally awesome! All the colors! Everything lights up like a Christmas tree, but better. Razer just took the lead in chroma integration IMO.

Considering that no other company makes Chroma products, I'd say they have always been in the lead. Did you mean they took the lead in RGB?

I was always under the impression that alienware / dell were the 1st ones to have backlit products. I might be wrong on this.

But whatever the case, it seems to me that razer has leap frogged them and taken a commanding lead in the chroma / RGB wars. (To me, RGB and Chroma are the same thing.)

To have one's PC case and peripherals capable of RGB is a given these days, but to give your desk area this ambient lighting in the past has, previously, been very expensive. I applaud your company by making it an affordable solution.

I know there's no guarantee Project Ariana will become a commercial product but, if it doesn't, you could also expand the HDK to a preset to reproduce the lighting from games/movies; where the kit assumes the hues of whatever a monitor's viewing edge is displaying.

Still waiting on the Synapse 3.0 beta so i can control the lighting on my firefly.... Then i might get all DIY on my setup with chroma lights, Was just going to use a generic LED controller but if i can get it integrated with my chroma devices that would be sweet. Although i'm still waiting for the ability to sent lighting effects across multiple devices (Key stroke triggering the orbweaver or mouse click triggering the keyboard) we can dream 😃

Other Devices still use Synapse 2.0 to configure settings.

I have the Kit. But the Audio Visualiser will not run with this. :frown_:

I've got mine just plugged into a power socket for the spectrum cycle. All I'm getting is one red flashing light on each LED strip. Tried USB too. So far this has just been a hassle.
