RGB Chroma devices do not turn off

Hello everyone, I would like to share a situation to see if you have ever experienced this. I have constantly noticed that sometimes my devices do not turn off the lights when the monitor turns off, I use this setting because when I am away the screen turns off. I could see that Synapse conflicts with the Chroma module, as there is an option for each device in Synapse to individually configure the lights as you wish, including turning off the lights when idle for some time and when turning off the screen. However, this option also exists in the Chroma RGB module, and I noticed that even when checked in Synapse, when we restart the PC, the option in Chroma RGB remains unchecked, causing the lights on my mouse (Naga Trinity) to not turn off most of the time, and others on my keyboard (Huntsman V2 Analog) as well, forcing me to go to the module and check the option "Apply to other Chroma-enabled devices", and check the box "Turn off when monitor is off" again.

It sounds like there's a conflict between Synapse and the Chroma RGB module settings. To fix it, try configuring the lighting options only through Synapse, ensuring "Turn off when monitor is off" is checked for each device. After a restart, confirm that the setting stays enabled. If the issue persists, reinstalling Synapse or Chroma RGB might help.

Thanks for the tips, but I had already tried these options and it still didn't work 🙁. In the old Synapse this doesn't happen, it must be something like you said, conflict between the modules.

I have reported this exact issue multiple times over the past couple of years, the latest time being this month, and each time Razer promises that the issue will get solved, and it never does. This issue occurs in Synapse 4

The same issue occurs with Razer's Chroma Connect. In both synapse 3 and 4

Another issue is synapse 3 CONSTANTLY asks so sync with the cloud, and if you are in-game it will cause your game to minimise each time.

This unclicks every single time. All I have to do is refresh the page and it’s off again. It won’t stay on no matter what. Completely useless.
