When I use the visualizer my razer mamba TE lights up but not the keyboard. What do I do?

Hmm, rather strange. I did all that, and nothing happened. Now randomly the first LED has come on and is a solid green colour, but it stays that way even when the program is closed, and the other LEDs aren't lit

Edit: Now the first 8 have come on: Green, purple, red, green, blue, red, purple, green, very weird!

Also I just posted 1.14 on GitHub, it fixes the command line and also has LED strip support. Still waiting to hear back from Mark about getting a Blade Stealth discount, but he said he will probably be able to get me one. If so then I'll definitely be getting one and adding support in my visualizer.

If you're having issues with devices not responding, this is an SDK issue. The best thing to do is to uninstall Synapse and SDK and reinstall them from scratch with the latest installer from Razer's site. Make sure to reboot after uninstalling before you install it again.

I downloaded everything as the Thread said, but my Profile stays the same even if i close Synapse my profile is still there... I can see the preview in the programm and everything but it just doesnt change anything on my keyboard if it runs...

Can somebody tell me what i have done wrong?

Synapse/SDK issue. Try doing a full uninstall of Synapse, reboot, download new version of Synapse from Razer's site, full reinstall, reboot, and run any updates it asks for. That should make sure you have support for all your devices installed properly.

Hi! This is awesome, only one problem though.
I use Kraken Pro, but when i use the KeyboardVisualizer the visualizer doesnt cover the whole keyboard, sort of speak. It only shows the visualizer to the right, and the left side is almost blank.
But, if I turn off surround on the Kraken first (with Synapse), open Visualizer, and then turn sorround back on, the visualizer covers the entire keyboard as it should. I dont know if this is something I can fix, or if it's a bug or something :)

Here it is with surround on from when I start Visualizer:


And here it is when I disable sorround first, then launch Visualizer, and then turn sorround back on.
Same song, both after 7:00 exactly.


This was probably quite confusing to read, so for that I am sorry, I'm not that good at explaining things, haha 😛

i want to ask:i'm using Razer BlackWidow Ultimate stealth 2016. does it support Razer BlackWidow ultimate stealth 2016? will any version come out to support this product?

hey, i have tried to reinstall the synapse and all the things that you guys have instructed me to do. and i was able to open the program. but nothing happened on my firefly. and there is also one thing that i don't understnad. wdym by reboot ?

Mouse cursor not moving while using visualizer for a few minutes. but the light are still going on my Mamba TE. Does anyone here experiencing the issue?

Any chance the audio visualizer will ever be available for us Mac users? I just got this keyboard and love it but would love to have this app.

My keyboard is all right i have unplugged and plugged it few times, closed Razer Synapse and restarted my pc nothing makes my keyboard light up

Just to make sure is this thing does not work with blackwidow chroma x? I read in the chroma configurator visualizer apps it is compatible with X though, cant get it to work with my blackwidow x, work well with my deathadder though

Dang nabbit.
Had it working with my Mamba TE and Ornata Chroma yesterday, and after resetting my computer due to a colossal muck up I made, it now only works with my mouse and just causes my Ornata to freeze. Will there be any complete compatibility with the Ornata any time soon?

FOR EVERYONE WHO SEE THE PREVIEW BUT NOTGHING HAPPENS ON KEYBOARD:

I had the same problem but then I installed both SDK Support .reg files and it works now!

Yes, since it looks at the output audio from the Windows sound server, any app that plays audio will work through it, including games, music players, browsers, voice chat, etc.

Calc i tried to open the Core installed it said error opening file writing: C/WINDOWS/System32/RzChromaSDK.dll and the the keyboard visualizer isn't working it shows the visualizer but it isn't showing lights someone please help me.

Got my Blade Stealth! It's amazing! The audio quality from the speakers is quite impressive for its size, so adding a visualizer will make this an excellent music laptop.

Reinstalled my PC (upgraded a few parts) and tried putting this back on. I installed everything as supposed to but the issue for me is that I can't properly see my list of audio devices as well as that nothing lights up for me besides my mouse and the razer logo on the bottom of my keyboard.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? 😛

Thanks for your great work. Its so cool. But if i save the config and open the app again it will not work. In the settings.txt the 2 parameters are change. And the number of mod is away. ? Can you help ? THX
